Instalaciones, ubicación, wifi.
No pudimos abrir las llaves de la ducha, llegó un técnico a abrirlas, después no pudimos cerrarlas, golearon toda la noche, vdemadiado duras.
En el área de la ducha había una bola de pelos. Esos pelos se acumularon pir falta de higiene.
La piscina es climatizada, techada. Tiene piscina para niños. El desayuno incluido es tipo buffet muy completo y rico, el restaurante es muy bonito y amplio.
El baño olía feo, debí colocar el extractor de olores. En la entrada al spa hay una gran gotera del techo que va hacia el saló de belleza.

Food and beds were confortable.
The 2 things we were not happy about: 1. Banging noise at 6 am from construction being done to the building. 2. The floors in the bedroom were soose and you can see the gaps in between floor tiles.

El desayuno buffet es variado y amplio, para todos los gustos! La piscina, el sauna y los tragos del bar son muy buenos. Las habitaciones cómodas y amplias. La nuestra con vista a los volcanes!
No había jabón de manos en la habitación
El área de piscina / spa está muy completa y limpia. El desayuno muy completo y variado!
