Restaurant - food preparation was slow, poor presentation on plate, bacon to 'greasy' to eat, hash brown poorly prepared. More that 30 min wait. Service was good.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautify and in a great central location in the city of Guatemala. There is a shopping center next to the hotel where you can go shopping. The Hibiscus restaurant has great service!
