The room was comfortable and very accommodating. The staff were lovely. We checked in very late and the staff were still amazing!
The toilet was noisy, kept making a funny noise. But otherwise it was perfect. I imagine it's just the cistern refilling. It wasn't overly loud.
The location, nice and peaceful and good food from bar
The windowless rooms were stuffy and hot, I wouldn't book them again. I'd go for a room with a window
Late check in
Fire alarm going off at 6am due to a fault
location is very pleasant a relaxing place to unwind after work.
all good apart from bird strike in car park, avoid parking under trees if you can!
Very clean and spacious. Quiet and pretty surroundings.
Mattress was a little too hard for my liking, but overall very nice rooms.
Requested ground floor as disabled. Given a 2nd floor room asked for ground floor said none available so my wife had to struggle to get up the stairs. Room very hot and unbearable. Person below smoking cannabis and smell filled our room! Food expensive for the quality you get! Picture shows overlooking the marina, no it doesn't! So very misleading. Won't be returning
Convenient late check in.
Room was a little tired, in need of a refurb in places. Noisy neighbours!
Comfortable and convenient stay for a concert at Tottenham Hotspur with welcoming staff. Easy and pleasant walk to the train station along the canal.
I guess the bathroom was a bit dated but wasn't expecting or needing anything fancy for the price.
I liked the bifold doors to sit with friends on patio. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious too.
With the heatwave, didn't feel safe leaving a door open as on ground level but all rooms were supplied with fans.
Très bel endroit.
L'accueil nocturne a été un peu difficile. Impossible tout d'abord de passer la barrière. Puis finalement tout s'est aimablement arrangé.
New reception is nice, although a little rowdy as its part of the bar now
Parking.
No marked bays so people were parking badly so spaces tight
