Segundas oportunidades nunca fueron buenas.

Ya habíamos estado y como fueron amables al solucionar los problemas que tenían decidimos volver. Fue una noche horrible, ya que en la habitación de al lado decidieron pasarse la noche dando voces. Bajamos a quejarnos a recepción y la persona que estaba era muy amable pero solo hablaba inglés!!!!! en Tarragona!!!! Nos dijo que en esa habitación no había nadie alojado. Siguieron las voces y fui a llamar a la puerta y efectivamente me contestó gente. El ascensor estaba lleno de aceitunas y fragmentos de un recipiente de cerámica roto que seguían ahí a la mañana siguiente.

Teníamos una habitación triple y la disposición hace que el aire acondicionado sea imposible de usar, además de que hace muchísimo ruido. Algunas toallas tenían manchas que no son muy agradables de ver (de esas que no se quitan, no digo que estén sucias pero visualmente sí).

Por último, si no tienen plazas en el parking es bastante difícil aparcar. Nosotros dimos bastantes vueltas porque tenían colgado en la puerta de entrada que no había plazas y al entrar a hacer el checkin vimos que sí había, así que nos dejaron aparcar. Esto en los carteles del hotel está claro, pero no me parece bien que aparezca este hotel en booking con filtro "parking gratis" ya que puede que no sea así.

Esta en un sitio tranquilo, un poco retirado de la ciudad, pero con la parada de autobús justo a la puerta.
El personal muy amable, el servicio de comedor muy bien.
Todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario.

Para un solo día.
Pros:

La habitación. Muy cómoda, amplia y recién remodelada. Muy limpia. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

La ubicación. Muy lejos de todo. El desayuno pésimo. Las máquinas de café no funcionaban, el café muy malo y la comida de mala calidad.
