Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, lodówka w pokoju. Przestronny pokój, smaczne śniadania

Czystość w łazience (włosy pod prysznicem, pajęczyna na ścianach)
Problem z parkingiem - teoretycznie jest ale to chyba dla 2 samochodów. Musieliśmy opłacić parking samodzielnie. Nie było to komfortowe gdyż szukając noclegów filtrujemy po opcji z parkingiem.
W pokoju brakuje polek czy szafki na rzeczy.

Bellissimo posto, peccato una completa assenza di empatia e di attenzione per il cliente.
Pros:

Struttura meravigliosa proprio in pietra di 400 anni fa completamente ristrutturata.
Camere ampie e pulite, colazione non a buffet preparata al momento (ma uova e frittelle per ulla calde, forse riscaldate).
Struttura proprio centrale nella parte vecchia a 3 minuti a piedi dal bel museo etnografico (consigliato), in circa 15 minuti in salita a piedi si va al castello (faticoso col sole). Un bel posto di per se davvero consigliato, avrei dato 10, ma rovinato da chi lo gestisce.

In arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno, sebbene avessi informato del nosto arrivo, neppure un biglietto ed irraggiungibile via WhatsApp il numero presente, dopo circa 10 minuti arriva la signora che gestisce l'hotel e prima di tutto ci chiede in modo davvero brusco di pagare le nostre 2 camere prenotate per ben 2 notti e senza neppure la possibilità di vederle, ... ma alla mia richiesta contestuale di rilasciarmi fattura/ricevuta strabuzza gli occhi chiedendomi se la volessi subito. Certo, se devo pagare subito, voglio la ricevuta subito. Preso possesso dele stanze scompare di nuovo nel nulla fuoridalla struttura e mi porterà la ricevuta solo almeno un'ora dopo.
Quando chiedo la colazione alle 7:00 il giorno successivo rimane perplessa... ed infatti sebbene avesse apparecchiato bene la tavola e posto alcune cibarie, manca acqua, the, caffe, pane ecc. ed ovviamente manca la persona che se ne doveva occupare che compare alle 7:20 senza neppure scusarsi.
Che dire, di certo ci sono altre strutture di ugual bellezza e prezzo con un gestore più amichevole e attento ai propri clienti.
Se non fosse stato per questa persona avrei dato 10.

Great stay, great host, great breakfast!
Pros:

This a a gem of a guest house that checked all the boxes for a perfect stay:great location in Old Town in a super cool house, most wonderful host running the guest house who went above and beyond expectations to create a wonderful stay, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and hot shower, and great breakfast. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Air conditioning worked nicely on a hot day. Stay here if you can, we give it our highest recommendations!
