Pros:

Quarto reformado, com boa cama, ar condicionado, móveis novos, espaçoso. Apesar de não ter café da manhã incluso, tem disponibilidade de comprar itens básicos na lanchonete no térreo.

Cons:

Chuveiro com água fraca, TV antiga, controle do ar condicionado não estava funcionando, porta do banheiro precisava de manutenção. Acesso aos quartos só por escadas. Barulho pela proximidade da rodovia e posto de combustível.

Acomodação, localização. A moça da limpeza foi super gentil e atenciosa. Merece todo respeito!

Atendimento na entrada. A atendente não deu o mínimo de atenção, indelicada.
Eles fizeram limpeza da caixa dágua e não avisaram os hospedes. Pela manhã ao acordarmos nos deparamos com a falta. Ao descer para informar, recebemos apenas a informação. tem que aguardar reestabelecer. E os compromissos, com isso, atrasaram.

Reservei 5 diárias, em 3 delas tive problemas com falta de água no quarto, algo extremamente desagradável. Ao pedir esclarecimentos fui informado de que a "bomba da caixa d'água havia estragado", mostrando assim que manutenção preventiva não é realizada, causando esse tipo de situação.

Quartos limpos, cama confortável, estacionamento seguro e uma conveniência 24h

Cons:

Parece ser barato, mas não servem café da manhã, somente um selfie Service por kg na conveniência, sem opção de frutas ou algo mais saudável. Cada hóspede gastou em torno de 30 reais de café da manhã nesse esquema de peso. Somando, o valor do hotel fica semelhante a outros com melhor qualificação.
