Umístění hotelu v centru města je opravdu pěkné. Zařízení hotelu v pořádku a postel pohodlná. Personál vstřícný. Hotel čistý a bez hluku. Komunikace s hotelem Ok.

Cons:

Personálu trochu trvá Check-in - systémové. Na snídaních by se dalo zapracovat - větší nabídka.

Gute Zentrale Lage
Pros:

Perfekte zentrale Lage für ein Städtetrip nach Prag. Tram und U-Bahn direkt am Hotel. Altstadt direkt um die Ecke. Großes Zimmer, gut Lärmisoliert. Gute Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer und große Regendusche im Bad vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war defekt. Auf Nachfrage, hieß es zunächst, der Kühlschrank würde ausgetauscht werden, dann aber wurde uns gesagt, dass alle Kühlschränke im Hotel defekt seien. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkt eher unmotiviert. Der Fußboden im Bad könnte mal erneuert werden.
