The main issue is the air conditioning. Every night I would wake up sweating because the AC kept shutting off. I was moved to multiple rooms, but the same problem existed in every single one.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that management and the front desk staff acted as if they were hearing about the issue for the first time. However, I personally experienced the same problem on two separate visits, and I also found similar complaints from other guests.

فندق رائع ومدير محترم استاذ محمد وكلهم على كفاءه عاليه ممتاز من حيث النضافه والموقع سوف أقرر الزياره

L’établissement est grandiose à l’entrée, l’accueil été agréable.
Nous avons testés le restaurant italien et asiatique qui sont correctes.
Le petit déjeuner est correcte mais pas extraordinaire pour un hôtel de ce standing.
Le sol de la chambre n’était pas très propre.
Le deuxième jour le ménage n’a pas été fait avant 13h30.
Nous avons réservés une séance de padel pour 8h mais il n’y avait personne pour nous remettre le matériel, nous avons eu le temps de prendre notre petit déjeuner et la personne est arrivée à 9h30 sauf qu’à cette heure là il faisait déjà très chaud.
Les serveurs du petit déjeuner, ont des regards assez insistants et débarrassent votre assiette alors que vous êtes toujours entrain de mâcher.
La chambre vue sur piscine est certes proche de la piscine, mais les stores empêchent de dormir car il y a de la lumière extérieure qui ne s’éteint jamais et le jour le matin. Et les gens vous voient dans votre chambre si vous ouvrez les stores.

- Buffet continental digne d’un resort
- Proche du GEM et Pyramide (attention aux Uber qui sont capables de tout pour vous vendre une prestation ou augmenter le tarif de la course)
- Bagagiste qui court et attend le tips sans même vous esquissez un sourire.
