The music on the pool was not the best curated playlist.
Mr. Sherif from the reception was very helpful and polite.
The beds were too small, it barely accommodated us (2 adults and 2 kids)

Mohamed nabil is the best in the reception for his attitude he always helps us for our requests thanks for him room is clean every thing perfect
Lovely resort and very family friendly. Excellent pool, restaurants and atmosphere.
Super convenient location with very polite staff. Mustafa at concierge is a delight.
WiFi not great in some areas but no real impact overall. Wait staff could be more attentive around the pool.
