The swimming pool was amazing, never seen one like this, the staff were very friendly and happy to help. There was a bank inside the hotel which saved us a load of headache as I exchanged money nearly everyday. 100% recommend this beautiful hotel.
Ps, there are beautiful rooms for couples right outside the pool, will book that next time definitely.
There was nothing that I didn't like, but there was room for improvement. So the breakfast menu can be extended, better drinks and I think there should be a fresh fruit juice counter where customers can choose the fruit and have fresh juice made. Some sourdough bread, just some ideas. Also the timings of cleaning rooms was all over the place. Some staff cleaning training maybe required as I have experience in training cleaners, needs to be higher standards.

The music at the pool was so very loud, we couldn’t eat outside because of that. And still at 8 it was going. Too bad, we had to go early to our rooms just because of that.
Tudo! Muito limpo, cuidado, uma decoração espetacular e com atenção ao pormenor. Horários de refeições alargadas, funcionários simpáticos e muito disponíveis. Piscina incrível.
A comida estava muito saborosa mas o buffet podia ter mais opções, nomeadamente para crianças.

الغرف صغيره عدم وجود شيشة خصوصا في الصباح
Personalet forstår ikke engelsk så de har svært ved at forstå hvad man siger og gætter sig til en løsning, hvilket ikke er særlig godt. Og maden var uden smag. Spillede alt for højt musik ved poolen så man ikke kunne tale sammen uden at råbe til hinanden.

Havuzunu ve havuz etrafındaki odalarında kalmayı sevdim. Kahvaltı da akşam yemeği de çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi . Temizdi .
Resepsiyondakiler biraz daha sempatik olabilir.

The staff in the pool were very bad and trying to speak with my wife the life guard didn't wear the shirt and always looked at us 😔
