Very good start, exceptional experience...until a Process flaw screwed up everything
Pros:

Good overall experience. Friendly staff and great location. Was exceptional for the kids as they loved the pool table.

Cons:

Kid forgot his phone, hotel rep reported it, but posting the phone back cost a ridiculous price (external company apparently @ $120usd) and they had no opportunity to be flexible. This subject completely screwed up the whole experience.

Friendly staff, modern rooms and a great breakfast.
Pros:

The staff is so accommodating and kind from the top down - everyone we see there always has a smile. We travel for work and take up a lot of space in the lobby to prepare for meetings. Everyone is always so understanding and friendly throughout the process. The rooms are minimal and modern, no carpet, which always feels fresh. We stay here several times a year and will continue to do so.

It was a good stay the first time, the second not so much
Pros:

I liked the location mostly.

Cons:

The reception mixed up our request from needing a room with a roll in shower for wheelchair to giving us a hearing aid room. We called them prior to sort the rooms and was told everything is set yet we arrived to different room them what was said on the phone. Also they charged a pet fee to a service dog that was wearing his credentials and vest.

Pros:

You don’t see the serve anymore!
We were greeted by Pedro & Markica with so much friendliness and energy! They showed me the value to be a Hilton Rewards member.
They told us about the breakfast that they will have ready for us when we leave, we told them we came up for a fishing trip and would be leaving before they have the breakfast open. They went over and beyond to pack some snacks for us and had it ready for us that night.

Cons:

The beds were way too hard. I know you can’t make everyone happy and most likely a cost savings to go hard because it last longer with heavier gauge springs. Humans are not boards, we have curves in our spine. Harder is not better it only saves the company money. If it wasn’t for the outstanding service from Pedro & Markiea we would not consider ever coming back and the review would have looked differently. Hilton should know better! Do your research, this is the only thing you should be great at is the comfort of your beds. Very disappointed.

The staff were very kind however! And they worked quick to get us checked in when the system was down!!
Pros:

Felt safe and comfortable

Cons:

There was no bathtub in our room which was disappointing, not sure if this is done separately, but someone came to give us new towels and emptied the garbages, but the sheets weren’t changed and the bed wasn’t made. The inside of the tissue box cover was really disgusting.
