Cosy boutique hotel close to all the sites - a great place to soak up Athens vibes.
Pros:

Noma Hotel was exactly what I thought I was getting and exactly what I wanted.

I spent little time in the hotel during the day, when I was out sightseeing or socialising, but I wanted somewhere that was walkable to pretty much everywhere (as Noma is) and was in a busier area. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the evening people-watching and listening to the hubbub. The doors and windows are good enough to block out the sounds of the street though when you are ready to go to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room isn't huge, but big enough for a couple easily. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is nicely finished.

This boutique hotel also has a small lift so you don't have to carry luggage up the stairs.

Worth getting a room with a balcony.

Would definitely recommend.

Poky rooms
Pros:

The person who greeted us was very helpful and arranged an early check in at midday instead of 3pm.

Cons:

The room was so tiny it was claustrophobic. We didn't bother to unpack but changed our return flight to leave immediately as we couldn't be bothered to book another hotel. There are high steps to the entrance. Property not suitable for the elderly.
