Pros:

So convenient close to the airport. Very clean, all of the staff including cleaning staff were so friendly and courteous. Great bar are to relax in. Couldn’t fault it for the price.

Unnecessary cost cutting with staff & public areas spoiled our visit.
Pros:

Convenience to the airport. Everything we needed for an overnight stay before & after a flight.

Cons:

The reception area is so small, & should not be positioned in the middle of the eating area.
There were 3 staff on the night we arrived, doing multiple jobs - receptionist, bar tender, waitress, cleaner. They were very friendly and efficient, but the service was slow because they were so busy. I would not be surprised if your staff turnover is high.

Accomodation was nice but the service from staff & food quality/presentation was very poor.
Pros:

The food & service were very average. Wrong meals delivered, bar staff struggled to make a basic spirit drink.
Very poor service indeed.

Cons:

Staff service was very poor. More training needed everywhere.

Molto contenta di aver fatto la scelta giusta!!
Pros:

La posizione, comodissima, vicina all'aeroporto, poter soggiornare una notte e spostarsi velocemente di nuovo alle partenze il giorno seguente.
La colazione abbondante e varia con personale gentile e disponibile, che velocemente riassetta i tavoli mettendoli subito a disposizione degli ospiti!
