A good hotel but front desk staff need training on PR and customer care

Cons:

1 staff who was handling Check-in on 9th Sunday 2026 had a very rude attitude and sneer when addressing afew of the customers including myself.

Given i was from a 2 day journey, I was willing to pay for early checkin but she chose to ignore. Finally when it was 3pm time for checkin, they kept me on wait until around 3:30pm , then issued me with the a card that had not been validated. I had to go up and down with my suitcases until I finally settled.

Bathroom had no body shower gel, just hair shampoos which may indicate they use multi-purpose liquid soap.

They also took my towel and could not trace it 2 weeks later. The manager was very kind and considerate in addressing but the rest of the staff were snobbish.

Un soggiorno deludente ,un hotel da evitare .

Ordino un taxi alla Reception e mi viene fornita una limousine di lusso con autista : pago 50 euro per tre kilometri di percorso mentre per il ritorno in hotel ho pagato 10 euro chiamando io un normale taxi .
La camera viene pulita ogni 4 giorni , la bottiglia di acqua minerale generosamente offerta in camera era vuota , nella hall un frigorifero mette a disposizione bevande a prezzi esagerati ( 3 euro per una piccola acqua minerale , 6 euro per una birra ); Il buffet della prima colazione e' povero : niente bacon , niente croissants , poco spazio e molta confusione.

My stay was very pleasant. Location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the U-Bahn.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good. You have access to U-Bahn which brings you to the centre of Vienna.
Rooms are very spacious.

Cons:

The cleaning of the rooms every 3 days.
