Great hotel, poor communication
Pros:

Location was great for the Vienna International Centre and close to the metro and a supermarket. Perfectly nice room with all the usual amenities.

Cons:

Staff at the front desk during my stay were lovely. Sadly I left my travel adapter in the room - it’s quite distinctive and would have been noticed by housekeeping. I was back in Vienna a few weeks later and asked to collect it on the Sunday. I chased several times and in the end I still hadn’t had any substantive response by the Friday so I went to the hotel and they said they hadn’t found it. I don’t believe it wasn’t found but more than that, the communication was really poor.

Cityhotel, perfekt für Geschäftsreisende ohne Auto
Pros:

Ich hab ein sehr preiswertes Zimmer erwischt, da war wirklich alles in Ordnung, sehr kurze Wege zu der U-Bahn, daher sehr gut verkehrstechnisch angeschlossen

Cons:

Relativ teures Frühstück, dass ich dann auch nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Die Parkplätze sind aberwitzig teuer, knappe 50 € die Nacht.
