I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and mark it 5/5
Pros:

All was good, but there was no ironing board and iron.

Close to the Underground and the United Nation's Centre, and to the attractive Islands called "Donau Inzel".

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Der Service und das Personal hingegen sind top.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Und das Zimmer war sauber (gut geputzt, Ausnahme Alter Teppich) und groß.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich hatte bereits mehrere tiefe Löcher wo die gewebestruktur des Teppichs offen lag. Im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers hat man dem Teppich das Alter ebenfalls angesehen (Löcher ins Dunkel verfärbt). Auch das Bad bräuchte ein Update.

Réservation d'une chambre supérieure avec grand lit, à l’arrivée , nous sommes informés que nous aurons une chambre standard avec deux lits jumeaux...

Cons:

La réceptionniste semblait ne pas nous attendre. Un jour, nos deux clés étaient démagnétisée et quand j'ai demandé à la réception pour régler le problème, elle pensait que ma chambre était à un autre nom

Genelde otel hizmet servis konum ve olanaklar iyi idi memnun kaldım

Cons:

Kahvaltı dahil diye rezervasyon yapdığımı zannediyordum fakat otele gidince kahvaltının dahil olmadığını öğrendim, bu konuda Booking.com sitesinin daha net olması gerekir. Arkadaşlarım için de aynı durum geçerli idi.

Practical for a congress visit.
Pros:

I especially want to thank Kevin and Jenny, who were of precious help during my breakfast times with my baby. They made us feel welcome for the whole trip.
The location of the hotel is very practical for a business trip and is close to beautiful natural locations to enjoy nature walks and meals near the river. The rooms are renewed inside and were comfortable and clean although our room was a bit small for the use of a stroller.

Cons:

Breakfast and market inside the hotel was much more expensive than the city itself

Pros:

Personál bol milý a raňajky mali pestrý výber.

Cons:

Na to, že som platila viac než 200 € za noc, bola izba veľkým sklamaním. Hneď ako som vošla, všimla som si silný zatuchnutý zápach. Musela som mať celý čas otvorené okno, pretože inak sa tam nedalo vydržať.
V izbe chýbala zásuvka pri posteli – bola tam len jedna, do ktorej bola zapojená lampa. Izba pôsobila prázdne, zastarane a nečisto.
V kúpeľni boli tapety na stenách zašlé a umývadlo bolo prasknuté. Celkovo som sa tam necítila príjemne ani komfortne.
