Lovely, historic hotel
Pros:

Beautiful, historic, generally great staff. The older ones in particular- Yvonne was outstanding.

Cons:

Hard to find fault but AC varies widely room to room

Locatie was top.

Cons:

Van een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht ik 5 sterren service. Dat was hoegenaamd niet het geval. Beloven om terug te bellen zonder gevolg, antwoorden als een ambtenaar die de regeltjes citeert zonder oplossingen te zoeken is niet wat ik verwacht.

Pros:

Een prachtige locatie en super vriendelijke, behulpzame staff. Het ontbijt was super.

Cons:

De ratten en muizen lopen door het restaurant heen waarop het personeel besamt “tsja, oud pand”, enigsinds begrijpelijk maar niet het imago wat je als 5 sterren hotel wilt en kan hebben. Ook jammer dat er geen braille menukaarten zijn voor slechtziende gasten.

Geweldig mooi en genoten
Pros:

Ontbijt was aan de karige kant en had wat uitgebreider gemogen.
Locatie is top.
Service is ongeevenaard.
Mooie en ruime kamer.

Cons:

Ontbijt en het bad...liep snel leeg omdat de badknop niet goed sloot.

Heel aangenaam gelogeerd, we komen nog eens terug.
Pros:

Buitengewoon vriendelijk bejegend door de portier, de baliemedewerkers en het personeel in de bar! 's Avonds nog gebeld met de receptie omdat de TV niet goed werkte, de medewerker stond binnen 2 minuten aan de deur en fikste het probleem.
Heel complete kamer met fijne airco, badjassen met slippers, goed werkende föhn (niet zo'n "hotelexemplaar"), koffiemachine, waterkoker, zelfs in de kast een strijkplank met strijkijzer.

Cons:

Wij logeerden in het hotel in verband met een bruiloft die ook aldaar plaatsvond. De kwaliteit van de bediening tijdens de borrel en het diner mag een een tandje omhoog. Achter de bar (in de rotonde) oogde het nogal rommelig, er werd geen uitleg gegeven over de geserveerde gangen en de wijn was niet koud (genoeg). De heren kregen eerder borden ingezet dan de dames. Jammer.

The best hotel in Holland?
Pros:

The service is superb. The hotel rooms, especially the public rooms, are very beautiful in thhe belle epoque style. Superb concierge service helped us book all the right things in the Hague.
