事前チェックインの手続きをしたところ準備が完了しているとのことで早めに部屋に入れたのはすごくありがたいです。部屋も高層階だったので眺望が良く、ハリウッドツインにしてくれたので部屋をさらに広く使えたのも良かったです。総じてスタッフの対応が素晴らしく以前から泊まりたかったホテルですが、次はハーバービューの部屋に泊まりたいです。

一階コンシェルジュでパシフィコノースまでの道を聞いたところ、ホテルの前の道に沿って行けば良いと言われましたが、その道は途中で曲がっており、向こう側へわたることもできず、渡された地図も分かりにくく、けいゆう病院の方に行ってしまいました。2階の通路を教えてもらえれば良かったと思います。
