眺めも良く、室内も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
連泊中の清掃時、タオルを多めに用意してくださったり、ちょっとしたお心遣いが嬉しかったです。
夕食・朝食はオーシャンテラスでいただきました。種類も豊富でスタッフの皆さんも親切でした。
また来たいと思える素敵なホテルでした。

Muy buena experiencia mi visita a Japón, volvería para conocer más, un país muy interesante.
Pros:

El hotel cumple bien, está a punto de quedar fuera de lo nuevo o moderno? entiendo que la Cadena Intercontinental es estándar o clásica en muchos aspectos. Sería bueno una renovación, estuve unos días antes alojado en el Hyatt de Yokohama, muy buen desayuno y habitaciones muy moderna y confortable.

Cons:

Las almohadas son muy bajas, ojo entiendo que esto puede ser algo personal de cada huésped.
El desayuno le falta mejorar el aspecto de las islas de servicio, bandejas con mercadería no prolijas, el queso untable estaba al tiempo, que pasa con la cadena de frio? alójense una noche en el Hyatt y desayunen ahí para poder hacer una comparativa.

Pros:

羽田空港行きのバスが一階正面玄関発着であること。
大きなスーツケースを持っていたので助かりました。
また、赤レンガパークでのイベント目的での利用でしたので、近くて良かったです。

Cons:

電車利用の場合は若干歩きます。
その分、海に近いので景色は良いです。
