海の景色を存分に楽しみました

レセプションからルームサービス、ベルの方々まで、とても感じよくご対応いただきました。
海側のお部屋をいただいたので、ものすごく良い景色を楽しめました。ツインのお部屋を一人で使ったこともあり、とても広くて快適でした。お部屋も日本にあるホテルらしく、細々と配慮されていて、良い時間を過ごすことができました。ルームサービスもホテル内のレストランもおいしかったです。食事の場所の選択権やホテル内においしいパンやケーキ、ドリンクなども販売しているお店があることもありがたいです。数分の距離に公園や赤レンガ倉庫などがあり、海沿いにお散歩ができることも大きなポイントです。ホテルを出てすぐにコンビニもあります。

Cons:

強いて言えば、ルームクリーニングがスキップできるようなドアに表示するサインがあるとクリーニングの方々にも便利かもしれないと思いました（既にあったらごめんなさい！）

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty on arrival. Pool was only for over 18s and you had to pay 4000 yen to use it. Breakfast wasn’t until 7am and was overcrowded at that time.

Outstanding
Pros:

Hotel that truly offers all the comfort a guest could wish for. The staff is welcoming and genuinely kind, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the breakfast is absolutely perfect, with an impressive variety of sweet and savory options.
Many, many thanks to this outstanding hotel for making me feel like a king.

Location and the view was excellent

Cons:

Staff weren’t as helpful as our other intercontinental experiences. One example: We accidentally left a bag of shoes in the closet while packing for our flight, contacted the hotel the next day (after we landed) and the staff responded that the shoes were not found, which is absurd for a 5 star hotel especially in Japan.
