スタッフの対応が、笑顔で感じが良かった。分からないことを聞いたりしても、直ぐに答えが返ってきて助かった。

Cons:

部屋から、分からないことを確認しようとしたが、メインのフロントへの電話番号が、分からなかった。分かりづらかった。

A nice place to stay after a long travel day to get situated for your trip.
Pros:

Location was convenient to Haneda Airport especially after a long travel day. The location was clean with a great view of harbor and offers a delicious breakfast with tons of options.

ベッドの高さが高くて寝心地良し。朝食時スタッフさんがとても親切だった。ずっと憧れだったホテルに泊まれて幸せ💞ひろびろとした部屋でラグジュアリー感満喫。28階のフリーラウンジコーヒー自由 眺望良し。

Cons:

部屋の眺望が海側でなく失敗💦これは私のチャﾖイスミスだけど。28階のラウンジ 本のジャンルもう少しあったら良かった。お部屋の傷ついたテーブル 洗面台ベッドの足元布地が擦り切れ クラシカルな部分は否めない。１階ブッフェ朝食会場 トレイ持って歩き回るのだから2、3段の階段であっても注意必要で出来ればない方が良かった。
