Esperienza meravigliosa grazie anche alla location che ha reso il nostro soggiorno estremamente piacevole.
Pros:

La struttura è situata nel centro città e dotata di ogni confort. E’ accogliente, le camere sono spaziose e pulitissime; i servizi forniti sono di livello elevato. Lo staff è professionale e disponibile. La colazione è eccellente.

Pulizia ( scadente e dopo lamentela e relativa promessa di rinnovarla, non è stata fatta)e personale non adeguato al livello dell’hotel ( receptionist non sapeva neppure l’orario della colazione)

L’hôtel est vétuste, mais propre.La climatisation de notre chambre faisait beaucoup de bruit, on a pas pu dormir.Mais l’emplacement est parfait, l’hôtel est au centre d’Erevan.

Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile alla reception.

Cons:

Per essere un 5 stelle mi aspetterei una maggiore accoglienza sia all'arrivo che all'andata nella gestione bagagli. Doccia e bagno puliti ma c'è un problema con lo scolo dell'acqua della doccia, che tende ad allagare la zona antistante la doccia.
