Всеки път отсядаме в хотела, когато сме във Виена. Локацията е отлична, персоналът вежлив и хотелът има автентична атмосфера.

Cons:

За мен лично общите части- фоайе и лоби бар са много студени, дори неприятно на моменти. Разбирам, че заради огромното струпване на хора това има своята логика, но въпреки това температурата не беше окей за мен. Стаите имат нужда от реновация. Колкото и да е класически интериорът и камериерките да поддържат чисто, общото ми впечатление е, че базата има генерална нужда от освежаване.

Good value for money
Pros:

Location is a walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend extended hours for the concierge. Most of the time he wasn’t available

A Classic Vienna Stay in a Fantastic Location
Pros:

From the moment we arrived at the InterContinental Vienna, it felt like stepping into a classic movie. The atmosphere has a timeless charm that perfectly complements the city.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely attentive.

The location is hard to beat. The hotel is just a short walk from Stadtpark, the Ringstrasse, the Vienna State Opera House, and many of Vienna's most famous attractions, with excellent public transportation nearby.

Breakfast was outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. The selection was extensive, with fresh pastries, fruit, hot dishes, made-to-order eggs, and excellent coffee. Every morning started on a high note.

Our room was slightly on the smaller side, but it was beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The lovely view from the room made it an even more enjoyable place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

One unexpected highlight was being able to watch and listen to Bizet's Carmen from our room during the open air performances at the Opera Arena in Heumarkt. It added a memorable touch to our evenings and made our stay feel uniquely Viennese.

Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. Between the wonderful staff, elegant atmosphere, excellent breakfast, and unbeatable location, we would happily recommend the InterContinental Vienna to anyone visiting the city.
