Kívülről nem vmi szép az épület, viszont belülről igen tetszetős, nagyon szép a fogadó helyiség és a bár is. A liftek is szépek. Az reggeliző étterem nem nagy szám, viszont az ételek első osztályúak. Széles választék és folyamatos frissítés. A szakácsok és a felszolgálók is nagyon kedvesek, sürögtek-forogtak, minden kívánságunkat lesték. De ez jellemző volt az egész személyzetre is.
A felsőbb szobákból nagyon szép a kilátás a városra.
Elég kicsi (kb4m²) volt a fürdőszoba. A képeken ez nem igazán látszódott, illetve szó sem esett róla. A fürdőkád is igen pici volt, illetve nem tudom, hogyan lehet zuhany függöny egy ilyen szállodában.
Café da manhã excelente. Muita variedade. Tudo feito com excelente preparo e muito saboroso. Academia muito boa. Cama muito confortável.
Chuveiro - para um hotel deste porte ter um chuveiro super pequeno e que sai pouca água. Outro ponto que não gostei foi a cortina que fecha por completo mas deixa luz entrar pois ela nao fecha as bordas. Tem duas cortinas na frente das bordar para tapar a claridade mas as cortinas são finas e a claridade passa mesmo assim.

Es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt (Nähe zum Konzerthaus). Der Portier war äußerst freundlich, fast überschwänglich.
Es ist alles schon etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. Das Badezimmer ist winzig. Der Abfluß des Waschbeckens ist zu gering eingestellt, es staut sich das Wasser.
Von Außen erinnert das Gebäude an DDR Plattenbau, passt überhaupt nicht in die schöne Gegend. Von innen ist es wie eine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit. Alles schon recht alt aber mit Flair. Es ist überall sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und informativ. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Clubzugang im 12. Stock. Wenn man viel Zeit im Hotel verbringt, lohnt sich der Club Zugang. Dort gibt es Frühstück, Tea Time am Nachmittag und Canapes/ warme Gerichte sowie alkoholische Getränke am frühen Abend. Die Suite war schön groß, 2 Räume, Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Bett. Das Bad ist wirklich schon älter, aber alles ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Sehr große Auswahl an hochwertigen Speisen. Im Frühstücksbereich ist sehr viel los. Clubgäste können wählen wo man frühstücken will. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Gegenüber liegt die U4 Haltestelle Stadtpark und zu Fuß zum Stephansdom sind es 10 Minuten. Es sind viele internationale Gäste zu Besuch die auf Rundreise sind. Asiaten, Amerikaner/Australier. Alles in Allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
Schade dass es im Hotel keinen Außenbereich gibt. Das Geschirr im Clubbereich müsste schneller abgeräumt werden und im Frühstücksbereich müsste die Getränkebestellung schneller erfolgen.
Situation exceptionnelle pour aller à pied au musée du Belvédère (Klimt) et dans le centre ville, et en quelques stations de métro à Schonebrun.

Posizione stupenda davanti alla fermata della metro e ideale per fare qualunque tipo di escursione. Personale super gentile e disponibile, con camere funzionali ed eleganti. Dotate di ogni confort, anche in bagno.
Forse nella hall d'ingresso l'aria condizionata era un po' troppo forte.
