De ligging, parkeergarage heel dichtbij, 2 minuten lopen.
Vriendelijk personeel en heel behulpzaam en oplossingsgericht.

Cons:

Airco was defect op onze geboekte kamer, perfect opgelost. Hierna nog wat issues met de airco door tropenweer. Ook dit weer perfect opgelost.

Die meiden verdienen beneden ook een airco, die hadden het ook erg zwaar met deze hitte!

Fantastisch
Pros:

Wat een fantastisch hotel op een geweldige locatie . Vlakbij het station en de stad.
Super aardig personeel ondanks dat het 40 graden was. De kamers zijn prachtig. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Wij komen vast nig een keer terug .

Great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Lovely retro decor. Only negatives were the room was very small and the pillows were terrible. Parking we used was a multi-story car park less than 5 min walk. We had a lot of bulky luggage including golf clubs and it was a manageable walk bearing in mind my partner is disabled so finds walking difficult. We would definitely stay here again.

it was fine, but I might try elsewhere next time
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was next to the venue I was visiting. I liked the cleaniness of the place and the overall design. A very cosy place and as a bonus the aircondition was not noisy at all.

Cons:

I did not like at all the soap as it did contain Lavendel, what I am allergic too and there was no substitute availabe. Plus I did not like that there was no mirror, where I could see me completely and the mirror in the bathroom did hang so high that I could not see myself. The staff found some mirror for me, but somehow I found this not ideal. The last impression is the impression, what lasts and this was the luggage "depository" after checkout. I have been told I could place it just in a corner (where everyone could pass) as this was to unsafe for me I got a strange look and I had been told, we see, what we can do - but no effort had been done in decent time. This is a pity as overall the people of the reception were very friendly.
