Pros:

Odaya banyoya konulan küçük detaylar (diş fırçası vb.) gayet hoştu. Herşeyden önce pet dostu olması desteklenmesi gereken bir kuruluş olması için yeterli. Havuz sabah 10 ile akşam 10 arasında açık ve sakin. Havuz zemin temizliği bir tık daha iyi olabilir ama asla sorun teşkil etmedi. Tek sorun otelin çevresinde bir yemek yeri olmaması. Ama hemen altında süpermarket olması çok büyük avantaj. Sakın dışarı çıkarım yiyecek bir yer bulurum demeyin hep pratik büfe tarzı yerler restoran yok 1 km çevresinde dahi. Daha butik bir otel bekliyordum ama dış görünüşü dizaynı tamamen premium. Bolt ile 5-10 dk araç gelme süresi 15dk yolculuk 15 lari minumum ödeme ile çarşıya ulaşabiliyorsunuz.
Ayrıca ilk defa bir otelde erken çıkacağımız için çıkma saatinde kahvaltı kutusu verildiğini gördüm trende kahvaltınızı yapabiliyorsunuz. 5 saatlik tren yolculuğu bir basit otomat dışında aç kalmanıza sebep olmaktan kurtarıyor.

Отличное место
Pros:

Мы постоянно останавливаемся в этом отеле. Очень нравится. Теплый бассейн, хорошие завтраки. Стали ещё лучше. Отличный персонал. Уборка номера каждый день. Замена полотенец. Чисто. В этот раз пришлось изменить даты поездки. И номер был оплачен заранее. Подстроились и выбрали другие даты для нас. С пониманием отнеслись к ситуации.

Pros:

Нам все очень понравилось , уютные номера , тихо никто не беспокоил , чистота , персонал отзывчивый , классный завтрак , все что мы попросили нам принесли , вообщем очень классная гостиница . Так же бассейн очень большой плюс .

Cons:

The hotel might not be the worst, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received an invoice for my stay. The staff just brush me off with a curt “I can’t help you.” Zero professionalism. Unfortunately, that was my last time staying at this hotel.

Excellent Communication & Modern Rooms
Pros:

When my flight got delayed I sent this hotel a message and the communication was excellent - they replied straight away and worked out a plan. I ended up arriving at 4am and was still able to self check in with the information they had left me. I really appreciated that and wanted to say their customer service was perfect.

The room was modern, clean and everything was as described. I had a balcony which gave me views across to the city. I didn't have time to use the pool as I wanted to get out and explore but it looked very nice. Breakfast was also good and free parking was right outside the front door.

Thank you again for the excellent communication and allowing me to check in with you right in the middle of the night.
