Pros:

It was clean and the location is great

Cons:

Didnt like the refrigerator wasnt on (cold)
Didnt like the A/C would take forever to cool the room
Pillow’s were not firm
Didnt like we had to pay extra 30 for parking
And room next to us were loud all night like if they were partying

I didn’t. Lots of hidden fees

Cons:

They triple charged me for deposit then charged for parking and charged 15.00 for breakfast no complementary breakfast but no signage indicating that

Great hotel near local park run
Pros:

Stayed one night on route to another destination and it didn’t disappoint. We arrived quite late and the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, they didn’t have the room we had booked but compensated us with free parking and breakfast.

The room we were given was large spacious and clean . It did not disappoint.
Check out was 12 noon , this was particularly helpful to us as we were able to go to the local parkrun , come back for breakfast and still not have to rush checking out .

Location was great, just a few minutes from our son and grandson

Cons:

Never had to pay for parking at our own hotel before. $25 per night to park at a place we already paid to stay at? Seemed this place wanted to pinch every last dollar they could out of you.

Pros:

At the reception, they gave guests lavender sachets to help with sleep—that really impressed me. The receptionist was a very pleasant gentleman. They had an excellent gym, and everything was close by, including parking. The interior looked nice and smelled great, and there was even an option to play ping-pong. Simply put, it was my best experience with a hotel in this category.
