Clean, friendly staff, great environment!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, our stay was made very easy. They made accommodations for my partner and I to stay a little longer. Our room was very clean and the furniture was very modern and clean. I wish we got to stay longer!

Pros:

After about 30 minutes of them looking for my reservations for Saturday everything else was fine, but it should’ve never took him that long. You guys need to do better.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they couldn’t find my reservations for Saturday. It took them a long time I came down on Friday. I booked myself a room for Friday night and then Saturday I was asked. I had to leave the room because they did not know that I was staying Saturday and then when I had to go down to the desk, it took them a long time before they found it that was irritating. I don’t think I will use you guys again because of that that was a bad experience.

Amazing value and lovely clean hotel.
Pros:

Bar downstairs had happy hour, rooms were fantastic especially for this price range

Pros:

It was clean and the location is great

Cons:

Didnt like the refrigerator wasnt on (cold)
Didnt like the A/C would take forever to cool the room
Pillow’s were not firm
Didnt like we had to pay extra 30 for parking
And room next to us were loud all night like if they were partying

Pros:

I didn’t. Lots of hidden fees

Cons:

They triple charged me for deposit then charged for parking and charged 15.00 for breakfast no complementary breakfast but no signage indicating that

Great hotel near local park run
Pros:

Stayed one night on route to another destination and it didn’t disappoint. We arrived quite late and the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, they didn’t have the room we had booked but compensated us with free parking and breakfast.

The room we were given was large spacious and clean . It did not disappoint.
Check out was 12 noon , this was particularly helpful to us as we were able to go to the local parkrun , come back for breakfast and still not have to rush checking out .

Pros:

Location was great, just a few minutes from our son and grandson

Cons:

Never had to pay for parking at our own hotel before. $25 per night to park at a place we already paid to stay at? Seemed this place wanted to pinch every last dollar they could out of you.
