Pros:

Ideální místo pro návštěvu města kousek od brány do města. Parkování na vyhrazených místech přímo u residence. Klimatizace, vybavená kuchyň pohodlné postele. Vše OK.

Ascenseur, lave-linge et parking appréciés.
Personne très réactive pour dépannage clim et nettoyage

Cons:

Etendoir mais pas de pinces à linge.

Super Lage mit Parkplatz für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Siena, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ich würde dort nicht noc

In die Jahre gekommen, kein Außenbereich zum sitzen, Apartment ungemütlich, nicht wohl gefühlt, Bett sehr unbequem.

Bon séjour dans un appartement bien frais et proche du centre .
Pros:

Appartement spacieux , air conditionné bien pratique en cette période de canicule , centre ville accessible à pied en 15 minutes , bonne literie .

Cons:

Wifi déficient et inconstant , douche vieillotte avec un robinet dont la température est instable : risque de brûlures !!

Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa e molto fresca.
Personale davvero gentile che ci ha permesso di tenere l'auto anche oltre il check out.
Punto a favore anche di servizi fuori dalle camere.

Cons:

Alcune forniture all'interno della casa non erano nuovissime e con evidenti danni.
Nel complesso posto pulito ma personalmente a noi non sono stati cambiati i sacchi della spazzatura

lokalizacja wyśmienita !!! lokal czysty i dobrze wyposazony zarówno w kuchni , jak i w środki czystości !!! winda doskonale ułatwia wnoszenie rzeczy przy zameldowaniu , jak i przy wyjeżdzie !!! możliwość zabrania ze sobą ukochanego zwierzątka , dodatkowo dodaje atrakcyjności pobytu w tym hotelu !!!

Douche werd afwisselend koud warm.
Wifi wachtwoord in hoofdletters doorgegeven maar moesten kleine letters zijn. Via berichten gevraagd om duidelijkheid over wifi wachtwoord maar nul antwoord ontvangen.
Bij uitchecken zaten een man en jongere vrouw aan de balie. Man was ronduit bot. Toen ik uitleg vroeg over hoogte van de tax deed hij nog botter antwoorden. En toen ik opmerking maakte over het wifi wachtwoord misschien wat duidelijker doorgeven de volgende keer, deed de vrouw erg uit de hoogte. Dus ja de klantvriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken in dat kantoor.

Единственото хубаво на апартамента беше гледката от терасата.

В самата сграда на общите части нямаше климатик или въздух, които да влиза от някъде беше изключително топло и задушно. В стаята климатика беше подов, което значи, че не изстудява много добре. Като още на първия ден той протече, защото вътре в самия климатик имаше доста вода. Оправиха го чак на следващата сутрин. Казанчето на тоалетната почти не работеше, трябваше да се помпа многократно докато се пусне водата, като персонала от хотела ни казаха, че са го погледнали и всичко му е наред, но той продължаваше да работи по този начин. Терасата беше с уникална гледка, но самата тераса беше покъртителна, подът представляваше плочки, които не бяха захванати по никакъв начин и всичките се клатеха, имаше маса, два стола и два шезлонга като по всичко имаше ръжда. Нямаше нито една лампа на терасата, а тя беше доста голяма и тъмна, защото гледа към планините не към улица. И на тези температури според мен е необходимо на тераса без навес да има чадър, но такъв нямаше.

Struttura comoda x entrare in Siena
Pros:

Vicina ad una porta d’ingresso per il centro storico, però poi bisogna percorrere circa 900 mt per arrivare in pieno centro

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Residence Porta Pispini durante un periodo particolarmente caldo: arrivando dalla Sicilia
Pros:

Camera ampia, spaziosa e ben organizzata. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro. Nel complesso una sistemazione confortevole, al netto dei problemi riscontrati con il condizionatore.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la gestione del problema con il condizionatore, nonostante il servizio fosse stato pagato in anticipo. Con temperature vicine ai 40°C, una donna in gravidanza e una bambina di due anni, abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte prima che il problema venisse risolto. Inoltre, la finestra del bagno presentava tracce di muffa e il supporto della doccia risultava poco stabile.
