Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.
There were ants in both the rooms and the bathroom.
The hot water was barely enough for one shower, even though we were a family of five staying in two connected rooms.
There was air conditioning in only one room, which was very uncomfortable, especially for the children in the August heat.
The children’s beds were also very uncomfortable, as they were actually sofa beds rather than proper beds.
We expected to stay in a hotel room, but instead we were given a ground floor apartment.
When we arrived, basic items such as towels were missing, and we had to repeatedly ask for things we needed.
The location was also quite far from the main tourist area of Budva.
The staff is kind, they paid attention to my gluten-free breakfast needs. I found eggs, gluten-free bread, biscuits, Nutella, and jam. More than any other hotel on this trip. If you, like me, always have to write to hotels about your GF needs beforehand… here they really listen! The room was clean and spacious

Отель чистый, приятный. Помогли донести тяжелый багаж. Завтраки не очень разнообразные, но на несколько дней вполне достаточно. В 7 минутах набережная.

Hotel is clean and has all the facilities. Staff is really helpful, Helped us with parking our car. Breakfast is good too. But it is 15 minutes walk from the old town.
It was a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and the hotel rooms were pretty spacious and felt clean. The breakfast was perfect, had the necessary types of food. It had a view to the mountains and buildings - very pretty. Around 15 min walk to the old town and around 10 min to the beach in Budva - very well located. We were very happy with the stay!!
The location is good ( 15 min walk to old town). Very clean. Good air conditioning ( make sure you close all doors and windows for it to function).
Breakfast is decent. 10 min walk to a great coffee shop and 13 min to a great Gyros. Even has a smal basketball court for 1 person to enjoy.
The front desk person (Stanisic) is very kind and helpful.
The bed in the apartment had a very soft matress, so very difficult to have a good sleep since you sink in it.

The breakfast could have been better. Once orange juice was drank by other guests it was never replaced. The sane for yoghurts.
