This hotel was one of our favorite during our trip to Japan and we would have liked to stay an extra day or two just to stay for longer! It's a bit of a distance from the train station, but just steps from Omicho market and within walking distance to other touristic areas like the Higashi-machiya district. The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and spacious for Japanese hotel rooms. The complementary breakfast was excellent as well!
Overall, we really liked this hotel. We might have liked a few more amenities in the room itself (though you could pick many things up at the front desk) and we found the hallway lighting quite dark, but I think these are very minor things and did not detract from our overall satisfaction with this hotel.
Amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and there was lots of space for our family. We could easily walk to many of Kanazawa’s main sights, even with our kids (ages 5 & 7). Just a note that our kids are good walkers and we did about 20k steps each day. Close to great food and the market, which made everything really easy. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it to other families.
Location was very good and convenient. The markets were around 150 metres walk and shopping, restaurants across the road. Bus stop at the doorstep. The bed was comfortable and large and the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was good. Washing machines on the 2nd floor.
There was no view as such from the room and it only had a small window and although our room was quite large it could feel claustrophobic at times.

Great staff
This is our fourth time staying at Hotel Forza Kanazawa, and there is a reason we keep coming back here. We love Hotel Forza for the proximity to Kanazawa Station as well as the major tourist sites, the comfort of the beds and pillows, the amazing shower, and the delicious breakfast (my favorite hotel breakfast ever). We will continue to stay here every time we come back to Kanazawa.
