So glad we chose this hotel. It's a short walk from the train station. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist who gave us a much needed cold fruity cider on arrival simply because we had to wait literally five minutes for our room to be finished due to a late check-out. Worth the wait!
Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we are visiting that area again.
Posizione ottima, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e a pochi passi dalla metro. Camera e bagno ampi per lo standard di Londra e pulizia ottima. Letto e cuscini comodi. Dotato di ascensore per raggiungere i piani. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Location good, clean
No air con working and only partial curtain coverage. This led to a room that was over 30 degrees and woken by bright sunlight around 5am. Genuinely 2 of the worst night's sleep we have ever had. £300 for 2 nights in a supposedly premium hotel with no functioning air con is unacceptable. The air con was there with controls but was completely non functioning. Hotel then claimed it had been removed from the listing but I would argue that anywhere charging this much should have aircon as a basic standard, especially in the summer and during a heatwave! Room is also tiny

The fruit bowl, water filling station, coffee and tea were a nice touch - appreciated that very much. The room and bathroom were clean. The ladies were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. They were kind when we asked for blankets and sheets. The shower was a bit weird but we figured it out. The water pressure was good.
The listing mentioned a microwave and there was no microwave! That is not acceptable!! They offered to bring one but the room was so tiny - shoebox size. There was no place to put the microwave. The room did not have a day time sheer - It was either be exposed or blackout curtains! The blackout curtains did not close all the way leaking light and waking us up. There were not enough electrical outlets. The ones next to the bed (nightstand) were either blocked off or not working. Both the pillows were on the soft side - it would be better if they gave a firm pillow and a soft one. There was no place to put used towels. I didn't want to mix with my friend's towel and there was no easy way to do it.
Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. There were fresh fruits available at the reception, which was really nice.
The room was tiny, but it was okey for one person. The room was very warm.
