Extremely friendly and helpful staff, complementary tea and coffee available. It was clean, toiletries provided, great location close to the tube. Good value for money overall.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor next to the reception along with one other. We had an extra door between our room door and the reception but it was often left open so we heard a lot of noise. Also the people in the room next to us were very loud when checking in and out and unfortunately we heard all of that as well. From this I assume the door was not well insulated.

Pros:

El servicio, fue muy amable y nos prepararon la habitación antes para poder entrar más temprano.

Cons:

La refrigeración de la habitación, había una calefacción constante y por más que intentamos bajar la temperatura n o se podía y por eso entiendo habían varios ventiladores dentro de la habitación pero aún así era insoportable el calor.

Zentrales, zweckmäßiges Stadthotel mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

U-Bahn-Station Earl's Court 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. Einige Restaurants und Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Das Hotel hat generell kein Essensangebot, aber durch die erwähnten Möglichkeiten findet man immer etwas.

Zimmerwechsel war ab der zweiten Nacht problemlos ohne Diskussionen möglich. (Grund siehe bei "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen?")In der ersten Nacht war das Hotel ausgebucht))

Cons:

Wir haben ein Club- bzw. Zweibettzimmer gebucht. In der Beschreibung steht, dass sich diese vom Basement bis zum 4. Stock befinden.

Wir hatten keine Wünsche vorab geäußert und leider das Basement Zimmer bekommen.
Hier hat man nur sehr wenig Tageslicht und die Ausstattung wirkt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen fühlten sich wie durchgelegen an. Natürlich ist man bei einem Städtetrip die meiste Zeit unterwegs, aber wohlfühlen sollte man sich trotzdem. Daher würde ich bei Wiederbuchung definitiv den Wunsch äußern, kein Basement Zimmer zu erhalten.

Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem ÖPNV, da es gerade an diesem Wochenende einige Streckensperrungen und Probleme gab. Wir haben erfahren, dass es meist am Wochenende Streckensperrungen wegen Bauarbeiten oder Wartungen gibt.
Hierzu kann das Hotel definitiv nichts, es sollte jedoch genügend Pufferzeit zum Flughafen eingeplant werden (bei Abflug am Morgen). Wir haben uns für die Abreise daher einen Uber-Service gebucht, weil wir es sonst nicht rechtzeitig zum Flughafen geschafft hätten. Fahrtzeit um 5.30 Uhr morgens nach Gatwick ca. 1h.
Wenn man einen Rückflug am Mittag oder Abends hat, kann man die Alternative ÖPNV wahrnehmen.

Sehr nettes Personal. Hotel liegt in einer schönen Gegend in Kensington und nahe der Underground.
Für das Frühstück sind genügend Optionen in der Nähe verfügbar.
Sehr sauber.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Cons:

Einziges Manko: die Anzahl an verfügbaren Steckdosen.
