Pros:

All the workers were so welcoming and had great advice! We did a few of the things they suggested and it made our trip!!! The courtyard was gorgeous and the pool and hot tub are great. We took the St.Charles Street Car almost everywhere- being so close to it really saved us time and money on transportation. The hotel also hosts a free crawfish broil on Wednesdays (as of 04/05/26 at least)! which was so fun. They taught us how to eat crawfish and we got to chat with employees and other guests.

I was not happy with the lack of parking. I didn't want to be forced to use the Valet.

Cons:

Communication. Waited for 30mins to get valet car. Had to go ask valet if they have our car coming only to find out they were not notified after we called prior to coming down. Valet said front desk never told them.
