مكان الفندق ممتاز بالقرب من بحيرة زيورخ و من شارع بانهوف التجاري ويبعد حوالي 20 دقيقة عن مطار زيورخ الدولي
أخذت غرفتين بجانب بعض خدمة ممتازة من موظفة الإستقبال تشكر عليها لكن غرفة الولد كان التكييف فيها ضعيف

Le camere vanno decisamente rinnovate, purtroppo la mia esperienza è stato rovinata da un accredito di 8 CHF, una volta arrivato al check out mi è stato richiesto se avessi preso qualcosa dal minibar, ovviamente ho risposto di no assolutamente, ma in fattura mi sono state ugualmente aggiunte una coca zero e un succo all'arancia entrambi da 4 CHF
1. La camere non è stata neanche controllata al momento del check out, ma senza alcuna spiegazione mi è stato aggiunta questa spesa di 8 CHF.
2 Non appena mi sono accorto della spesa extra, ho contattato la struttura chiedendo il perché della spesa extra, e mi rispondono con una mail dicendo che proprio io ho chiesto una coca zero e un succo all'arancia....ripeto la mattina che mi è stato chiesto ho risposto negativamente all'utilizzo del minibar e la camere non era neanche stata controllata.
Sperando vada tutto come deve sto aspettando il rimborso.

Very well located, easy and quick to reach by public transportation from the main station; clean room and very courteous staff; breakfast was ok
The pillows were very uncomfortable, the A/C was very noisy but worked ok; needs some renewing: carpet can trigger allergies, the room key is not a card but rather a very heavy key+key chain, bathtub with curtains instead of an actual shower
