Laundry washer/dryer is helpful, kitchen too!
Our flight into Sydney was after hours. Building access code provided didn't work but was able to get into building with help of other tenants.
Easy to get around, bus at the end of the street. Easy to get to Central Station and Circular Quay
The room was available early after a long flight from Canada. A great way to start on Aussie Holiday.
Location terrific - walkable to city, Rocks and Potts Point; Room comfortable, but basic; Plenty of eating options and minimarts close by
The location is great and close to the main City attractions, walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, CBD, Circular Quay etc
The shower is a bit outdated and the shower door was wobbly and could fall (coming off the rails)
Location. Room spacious
Needs maintenance in room. Bathroom requires repairs. Thorough clean required.
Easy to find great location, nice big family room, nice view over looking the street and nice little pub next door to get dinner. Close and good walk to the famous pie van and nice stroll to the opera house. central enough to walk to city and back. Will say that the staff we did encounter where friendly.
The entrance and hall are very lovely and gives a lux feel while the rooms are horridly out dated and look nothing like the photos! We paid $2000 for 2 rooms for 3 nights while location is great the accommodation apartments are run down, out dated, well worn, (one room we had a brand new bathroom but other room was old had what looked to be mould in shower) and we could have stayed at a well known establishment for the same price. when leaving had to take our own rubbish out of the bin, (which was a full bag as we had stayed there for 3 days) then couldnt find where to take it when we left, tried to go out exit but was told if we did it would set off alarms, couldnt use staff elevator as there was no acess once we were inside, had to take with us and dispose at the airport.. wasnt happy about taking a rubbish bag with us.
bed was on a platform in our suite about 15cm high, not good as special needs son tripped and badly hurt himself during the night going to the toilet and rolled his ankle very bad. Honestly its hazardous and should just be flat and no need to be on a plaform, god forbid someone elderly has a trip on there.
Staff are mainly friendly- convenience to St Vincent's Hospital.
Evacuation Alarm went off at 10.30pm and again at 2.30am. Apparently an insect had got into the system and caused a fault? Dad has COPD, found this a very daunting experience...especially when there was limited instruction on how to evacuate? Maybe a voice over could have alleviated some stress.
Amazing location next to park for the little ones and close to food restaurants for dinner etc.
Thought the room was a little small for our family of 4. Spoke to reception and will book a 2 bedroom apartment next time for more space for the kids.
Walking distance to botanical garden,
Nice cafes and pubs around
Bus stop close by
The spacious room and cleanliness. Size of the bathroom, facilities, kitchen etc.
The location was too quiet at night. Almost deserted.
Apt was clean
Located at the back of the building. No outlook. Very little light. Apt on street level so very noisy. Windows did seal so drafty.
Excellent customer service. The aircon worked well too.
Nothing.
