Pros:

Location great, pleasant staff, very warm comfortable room, great location.

Cons:

Great value with a clean room, fresh linen and a comfortable bed!!
Pros:

We had a great room for the best price!! It isn't flashy, but warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Right in the middle of town, easy walking to the cafes. Our room faced the west so we had the best view of the sunset!! Fantastic value for money!!

the room was clean and easy to find on the premises

Cons:

google maps took us to the wrong address labeled “heartland hotel glacier country” but it was just someone’s personal address down the road, the staff was friendly enough but the fact that everything was closed at 7:20pm was very disappointing, we had been driving for 5 hours that day and were looking forward to dinner but we didn’t get to eat because there was nothing available anywhere and the staff at the local pubs were very rude to us when we politely asked if the kitchen was still open. overall the hotel itself was comfortable but we were disappointed that on the booking we paid for a king bed and found that we had been given two singles pushed together.
