We were given rooms with the wrong bed configuration. On arrival we checked in and then had the inconvenience of having to move to rooms with the correct configuration as booked on Booking.com. The receptionist stated that we were being upgraded but they were not open about this at check-in. There was no evidence of an upgrade.

Beautiful location, great value for money, great rooms and food
Pros:

Great location and value for money.
Helpful staff who were kind and m helpful.

Cons:

The beds are a tad uncomfortable (too soft) but other than that nothing negative about the property.

Very happy!
Pros:

Reception staff were so lovely! Very helpful and accomodating! Location is very central, an easy walk to shops / restaurants etc and a 5min walk to our helicopter check in location.

Location wise, convenient.

Cons:

Called no 0, i think the front desk pick up, we asked for.additional bath Towel... due to after shower the water from the bathroom leaking through the door.
Asked for toothbrush, they said no toothbrush available. And the 4 square supermarket has closed.
However No one coming as promised.
Our bathroom seems for people with dissability. And the toilet seat was sloping.

Due to extreme weather the hotel lost power , they were amazing. They had generators and the service was great.
