Pros:

Arrived 8pm only to find our $400 a night room had a massive leak in the bathroom, so they moved us to a new room, only to find milk had been left in the fridge which was not working and the foul odor overwhelmed the place... so off to a new room, which was okay, but the bed was extremely poor and should have been replaced a couple of years ago.... I'd like to see the owners of the hotel sleep on that bed and then have to pay $400 a night for it.... Needless to say we won't return.

Lovely stop off enjoyed the village.
Pros:

The breakfast wasn’t very nice at all, burnt bacon, over cooked scamble egg, didn’t eat much.

Great stay in warm comfortable room with a view of the glacier.
Pros:

Big, clean room. Great facilities and central location. Easy parking. Staff were excellent and v helpful.

Pros:

very comfortable hotel. met all my expectations. would stay there again. staff extremely friendly and helpful. breakfast was really busy but the staff managed and great smorgasboard.

A spacious and very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Had a 2 night stay in Franz Josef and we were very happy with our accommodation, which had a separate spacious living area (big enough for 2 lounges) and a huge bedroom with two big beds. Location was awesome and staff were great.

Cons:

Nothing. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.
