Pros:

The location and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Leak in bathroom but gave us extra towels. It was the weekend so a handyman was not available

Great apartment, facilities, location & undercover parking. Staff helpful..
Pros:

Liked spacious, comfy 2 bedroom apartment, facilities & location. Enjoyed walk to nearby restaurants, shops in Kingston, Manuka & Kingston foreshore. Undercover parking a bonus during wet weather.

Cons:

Didn't use wifi.

Good location, good sized rooms . Time for a renovation
Pros:

Good location and good size room

Cons:

Cleanliness not good. Wardrobe very dusty and carpets need a good vacuum a lot of dust on floor behind bedside tables . Seems a bit tired .

Cheap and cheerful but wouldn't recommend if you need good wifi
Pros:

I liked the location and it had a comfy bed and lots of kitchenware to help cook.

Cons:

The wifi was really bad and kept cutting out, they also only provided me with half a toilet roll originally and the indoor pool was not open.

No frills, but a comfortable stay in a good location.
Pros:

Comfortable apartment, with all the usual facilities. Bed comfy and the apartment was clean.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking, so we didn't and parked across the street for free.

Have stayed several times before
Usual standard

Cons:

People who cant park in a designated space. Being on motorbikes we paid for 2 days parking but when we went to leave a car was encroaching on the space we paid for.
Felt like asking for half my money back as i only got half a space.
Staff cant help.it but i needed to vent.

Comfortable stay with close access to Manuka
Pros:

Good size 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Nice garden area surrounding units. Secure parking for $10 a night. Very close to Manuka Oval.

Cons:

No Reception from 6pm. Need to ensure that everything working in unit before reception closes. No heating in bathroom and difficult access to shower over large bath.

Good position for Kingston

Cons:

2 bedroom appartment advertised as walk in shower, instead had shower over bath which was annoying and inconvenient. Coffee had not been replenished. yes lift to 1st floor but then annoying steps along the corridor, which you have to lift your luggage up and down.

Cons:

General tiredness, some wet in the second bedroom carpet. Having a shower over a bath does not appear up to current standards wspecally for our disabled son.
