We were up on one of the tops floors and I think there was only one lift. The ‘rubbish chute’ was directly outside our room and boxes were literally left in the corridor outside our room. What the??

Pros:

Great room. I was exceptiona;lly grateful to the staff in the Hotel Carpark next door to the Hotel who allowed my sister to park her car there after a minor scrape. the RACV was then able to access and organise a towing service from the carpark the next morning. She had been my transport back to the hotel after a night at the Opera. Such was the service provided over and above which makes the Hotel first rate. Grateful Thanks clare parle
