Super friendly staff and close to everything, great size rooms.

Cons:

Lots of hall noise especially early in the morning. Bed was firmer than we like. Rooms are quite dark with limited natural light

The location is perfect to explore city,staffs are very friendly and helpful. the room is big and comfortable. We ordered room service for pizza and chips,it was fantastic.

The pressure of the water is not stable,but not big issue for us

Peaceful, clean, friendly, accommodating.
Pros:

Great view, staff nice, really fast elevators. The bath robes were so much fun.

Perfect place to stay to walk to the theatre, restaurants and cafes
Pros:

Having a 24hr concierge was important to us for leaving our luggage until we could check in. Fabulous location to walk to the theatre and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing that we would complain about.
