Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each rooGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We loved the location across the road from Banff Roam main stop to go to Lake Louise. the hotel it is close to everything, with great coffee shops close by. We didn't try the restaurant. It has covered parking which was great because we rented a car.
The room was comfortable but was internal with no natural light. I didn't know when booking it, that was a big downside to our stay. The hotel is old and it would benefit from upgrading considering how expensive the stay was. Breakfast was not included. No microwave in the room, only a fridge.

Location was good for the mall and the grocery store. Liked that they had an under ground parking garage for guests.
The room was susceptible to the loud lobby noise and we didn’t sleep well due to it being so loud. Even if it says it has a balcony it could mean a balcony above the lobby.
Great location, breakfast and bar staff were lovely. Room was lovely. Lots of parking space.
Reception staff were quite abrupt on arrival which seemed quite unfriendly. The spa pools don't work, we asked a maintenance man and he told us the jets are not allowed to work at full pressure so you can see the bottom of the pool at all times. This is for health and safety yet the jet spa buttons (which you get out of pool to press every 10 mins) are above light switches ??? So dry hands!

Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff. Room was big, comfortable and the view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. Easy check in and parking was secure and very convenient. Literaly in downtown, shops and resturants are all right there.
The hotel itself was ok, but the reception staff was not welcoming. Their attitude felt cold and indifferent, which made me feel uncomfortable upon arrival. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and unfortunately the service did not meet my expectations.
