Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. Great location, easy access garage, and nice sauna. Very European feel.
The building is from 1972 and may have asbestos ceiling acoustic applique which has been disturbed over the years. The sauna controls are a bit touchy and there is no water bucket for pour over the hot rocks.

Convenient from the town.
Our room had a balcony overlooking the lobby. This meant that the windows opened to the lobby, indoors! I could have been ok with that since we were just there for one night BUT the noise from the lobby echoed and it was SO LOUD!!!!!
Aside from that the place was very tired and drab.

Our room was last room on the west side of the building and it was nice and quiet.
The front door/ reception area, flooring and elevators are run down and not a good look for guests.

A reasonably priced buffet option wld be great with family.
The location on Banff Avenue was brilliant. The underground parking was very convenient and we were able to park on the morning we arrived before check-in and into the afternoon after we checked-out and before we travelled onto our next location.
The staff didn't give us the free pass for the shuttle bus or free used of the spa and relied on us knowing to ask about them.
The air con was hard to control and get the right temperature.
No bedside table for the second bed.
