Great Location Suberb Staff
Pros:

Despite haveg a large coach party checking in when we arrived, we were checked in very quickly and provided with information. The reception staff were extremely helpful in offering advice and making bookings for us to visit Moraine Lake and Lake Louise (with discounts!) for a small tour with friendly and informative driver.
The hotel's restaurant serves an limited menu but is of good quality and the staff are professional but in a very casual style.
Self parking is free of charge in heated underground space.
Our room seemed a little 'tired' at first but was very clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking the road and moutains beyond.
Very enjoyable stay helped by superb front desk service. Thanks!

It was good, but we’ll be looking to stay outside of band in the future due to cost.
Pros:

Good location, good staff.

Cons:

The sauna had mold growing in it. The rooms weren’t perfectly clean. It was far more expensive than the year before.

Not cheap but a good choice for a brief stay
Pros:

Location was superb. Staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful - quite a few young Australians and Brits who understood customer service.

Cons:

The bath shower was slippery and no non-slip mat was provided. However, one phone call to Reception solved that matter within 5 minutes. However, non-slip mats should be provided as a matter of course, particularly when - as with this hotel - the bathtub was slippery when wet.
