Pros:

The location is decent. The room is comfortable. The sauna and hot pool is very nice. There is a KEG on site

Zimmer mit schäbigen Möbeln, altem Teppich, wenig Licht, Rauchgestank von Kamin, der in Lobby geheizt wird und bei Zimmer mit Fenster zum Dach-Innenhof auftritt. Keinesfalls den hohen Preis Wert.

Flot hotel og super smart med gratis busser til hele Banff området.
Super betjening og generelt lækkert hotel

Cons:

Værelse 464 var rædselsfuldt. Lå lige overfor ventilation som blæste iskoldt luft og brummede højt hele natten, så vi ikke kunne sove. Lød som om man var ombord på skib og lå ved motorrum. Brummede så højt at skabe klirrede vores værelse.
4 kæmpe hovedpuder i sengen, alle samme størrelse som gav hold i nakken.
Har klaget over værelset, og ledelsen har svaret at det bliver ordnet, de har samtidig kompenseret os med 15%, så jeg håber det kun var en gene på vores værelse.

You pay for the location
Pros:

The location was very convenient, just a short distance from Banff’s main street. The hotel provided bus passes at no extra cost, which was a great added benefit, and the bus stop was also close by. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the location, transportation convenience, and friendly service made the stay bearable.

Cons:

The room was extremely small and cramped. The bed was positioned in a way that prevented the door from opening fully, and there was barely enough space to walk around. Every time we entered the room, we would bump into the iron stand hanging right at the entrance. There wasn’t enough room to open or use the stand properly without blocking the walkway.

Overall, the room felt very uncomfortable due to the lack of space, especially considering how expensive it was. The facilities did not justify the price.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, the Hottub was my favourite thing to do before bed, I liked the location and walking to downtown Banff, free transit pass was helpful
