A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable.

Very cramped, dark, dingy, dated rooms, in desperate need of a renovation.

Expectations based on photos of the reception foyer and spa are quickly dashed.

Bon établissement un peu cher.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner et dinner très bons et pas trop chers. Grand bain à remous. Parking gratuit en sous sol. Pas loin du centre à pieds.

Cons:

Piscine pas assez profonde. On ne peut pas nager. Chambre un peu petite pour le prix.

Cons:

The pool featured is only available if you book spa treatment, they don’t mention that in the booking that I remember. Price is high, but guess that is everywhere in Banff. Rooms are nice but feel a bit dated

Pros:

This is the hotel I have stayed at for the last three years. The staff are always helpful and everything is tidy. Nowt to complain about.
