Pros:

Arrived about 7:30 on Friday night to be told my reservation was canceled because I didn't pay even though they had a credit card on file they also stated they couldn't call me because there was an a phone number which have a phone number on file I was messaged about a stay when I first booked it but they couldn't message me asking about my reservation and they just canceled me I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever

Don't recommend this hotel they'll cancel your reservation and leave you without a hotel when you're traveling

Someplace to sleep and stay warm, but…
Pros:

Not much, it was some place to sleep and fairly clean.

Cons:

Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and coffee. The “lobby” was more of a hallway. The mat in front of the door was thrown off to the side, on the walkway, during the rain earlier in the day and stayed there the whole weekend. Trash in the stone landscaping never picked up. Flooring is worn out throughout the building. A piece of tile was stuck to the wall to protect the wall from the door handle and it fell off when the door was closed for the first time, without it even being touched. I wouldn’t have sat on the couch if I was paid, have me the creeps…

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí, la verdad, esta vez no hay ninguna queja, la limpieza del lugar es buena (solo que no supimos si no limpiaban todos los días o hasta el finalizar la reserva) el personal fue muy amable se agradece que tambiénhaya perosnal que hable español, la ubicación es excelente, nos hemos hospedado por conciertos en UTEP y la verdad la distancia y trayecto ha sido el mejor. Su cocina nos salva al poder calentar alimentos! Las camas fueron muy cómodas.
