Overall was not a bad stay for a night.
Pros:

Majority of the staff were super sweet and very patient. Due to checking in early, the room was upgraded for free.

Cons:

There’s a $50 deposit and a $150 pet deposit. They’re refundable, of course, but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. There was also a $25 early check-in fee.

Horrible.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Floors are uneven and soft. Room advertised as wheelchair accessible but the floors had humps and dips so bad you couldn’t get around. We could overlook that there was no working tv and the bathroom was not accessible as advertised if the floors hadn’t been a safety hazard. There was an incline from the walls toward the center of the room. Overall dangerous. Paid for two nights. Checked out at 6:30 after the first. Awful.

Worst stay ever, the bed was uncomfortable, the staff was rude.

Location was convenient

Cons:

The staff was rude, the room was partially cleaned with a strong pet odor and I’m allergic to dogs. The tv remote didn’t work and took 2 days before they finally got maintenance to come fix. They still bothered you and attempt to enter room even with the do not disturb sign on door. After watching us walk out to the car they entered room without permission (even with sign still on door to do not disturb) all my personal items were out which is why the sign was there. I did not appreciate that.
