Was unable to check in and experienced horrible customer service.
Pros:

I booked through booking.com and was told at the hotel they did not have any more available rooms.

Cons:

I liked the location right next to a gas station and burger kind

I didn’t like that they commercialized their studio queen size rooms w.kitchen to be furnished w. Pots & pans & silverware &weren’t able to provide any of that nor willing to provide room serv as in cleaning your room unless you have been there for 2 weeks ! Also not to mention unable to provide clean towels any hour of the day you had to personally collect your own USED TOWELS TO BRING DOWN MIND YOU ON A CERTAIN DAY ONLY TO BE ABLE TO RECIEVE BRAND NEW CLEAN TOWELS ! Other than that staff was okay & didn’t bother us !

I went inside 15 min and left out. It was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody
