Reservation was canceled after the fact that i called and let them know i was going to be later they confirmed it was ok then after i arrived i found out they canceled my reservation.

Breakfast was quite nice.
I didn’t like anything, the check-in took a half hour to check in. The breakfast was a joke. There was no coffee. The person above me was up all night yelling TV loud and walking all over the place pounding on the floor. The facility had cigarette butts and dog crap all over the place. The overall experience was just very poor and my bed was broken so I like nothing about this place.
Everything, my bed was broken. The facility was dirty. The staff was very rude and poor and behavior. Homeless people all over the place will never come back.

The property was in a good place near where we wanted to be.
Alas the staff needs more training. It’s so discouraging to have to back to the desk because the room key was not programmed correctly. She also spoke so quickly and quietly I had to ask her to repeat herself.
Difficult check-in (20-30 minutes!). Dirty carpet in lobby and room. Carpet in room smelled like wet dog. Window looked over pitched roof. You have to go to front desk to check out anything/everything, including toilet paper. Even Motel 6 offers decaf coffee. Staff were nice but unhelpful.
