Rooms need to be updated, my curtain didn’t work so I couldn’t let it down

Upon check in, this black female with one lovely waist high canine checked in breaking in line directly behind me.
She had the room three doors down. She was challenging me to her youthful spirit game of who is paying for this. Since she was given a double room, if she wished to stay longer, she would have to change rooms. She did not see the light very well.

My sense of humor for the first night consists of canine advertising until I believe the canine had gone to sleep on it's own bed. Who cares about her. Then Robert Downey Junior standing by the back door where the alarm sounds off followed Gweneth Palthrow in to accept one canine was in. End of discussion. The excitable air left that day around high noon.

Mauvaise odeur(humidité, marijuana) présence des cafards, pas de déjeuner comme mentionné dans l’annonce, au-dessus de la chambre un chien qui marchait et aboi tout le temps, la merde des chiens à l’extérieur, douche trop vieille, j’ai passé un moment regrettable dans cette hôtel, ce genre d’hôtel ne devrait pas être sur le plate-forme de Booking et j’ai l’impression que cette endroit est un refuge pour des personnes démunis ou de réinsertion, je déconseille le monde d’y aller.

Nasty, roach infested. Staff lies and lack integrity.

The bathroom looked like it was mild in the tub and they had roaches

I felt very unsafe. There were people standing in front of the building like a ghetto cookout. Folding chairs, liquor and all. I walked in, NO RECEPTIONIST at the front desk. I had to look around for help. Its dirty, stinky unsafe. I asked about early check in if possible. She told it's an EXTRA $150 Dollars, on top of the $125!!.. really?..are yall stealing? Are people living here? Honestly, it looked like a shelter.. I quickly canceled, went down the street and got a BEAUTIFUL ROOM, early checking, no extra charge and CHEAPER! .. Send surprise upper management team up there!.. Your competitors will get all your business.

There was bugs/roaches everywhere felt very uncomfortable staying there.

Nasty carpet and smell on 2nd floor. That needs to looked at and cleaned

our room smelled like cigarette smoke

I didn’t like there was roaches in the room multiple little bugs coming out the wall. Might I add the first room they gave me wasn’t even cleaned there was a pink rag hanging over the shower like someone had just checked out the room. The smell of the hotel was not pleasant. I couldn’t even sleep comfortably because I was scared of the bedding not being be clean.

The room was dirty we canceled the rest of the stay the next morning there was a roach infections we woke up with them crawling all over us the whole hotel smelled of weed

I saw a few roaches in the room , not a pleasant smell and the hallway had same debris checking in and when I checked out .

The room have roaches and we’re filthy. Other people belongings was left over. The room is not updated. It looked like a motel I’ve stayed in extended stays in the past and this is the worst one.

Dirty. Bug in my room.
