Bra personal men slitet boende
Pros:

Personalen var mycket trevliga!

Cons:

Det var lite slitet och städningen va lite sämre. Mycket lyhört för att dörren va tunn. Vi bodde på markplan o och wifi var inte så jättebra bra där. Ofta kallt vatten i duschen.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Around 10mins walk from Victoria station. There are nearby shops as well, around 7mins walk. We left our luggage after we checked out until 6pm. Late check out is £10/hr. Reception staffis very helpful and accommodating. Room is quite spacious for its price. The whole room and bathroom are clean.

Cons:

No lift, but understandable as it is a heritage building as far as I can remember.

Staff are lovely here and the area is lovely and feels safe.
Pros:

We liked that breakfast was super cheap for the area but had everything we needed as we don’t eat cooked breakfast and prefer the continental style.
Also it was a surprise when I only got charged for the adult breakfast and my sons was free. Bonus!

Great location and house keeping but everything is a bit old and damsged
Pros:

The location is great. The ac works really well. The beds were very clean and comfy and the whole smelled quite nice.

Cons:

Everything other than the beds were old and damaged. The socket covers were falling off and the sockets themselves could move around and into the wall a bit. There was damage to the wardrobe and drawer. The room itself was a bit cramped and there was no room to move whatsoever in the washroom

Theatre trip
Pros:

Good location 8 minutes walk from Victoria underground , nice area , nice staff on reception. We were basement rooms but room was lovely and comfortable. Excellent shower and brilliant air conditioning. Very good value , would recommend

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect for our one night stay

Pros:

I had a comfortable stay here. You’re not too far away from London Victoria station and various restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The single bedroom I stayed in had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. Slept pretty good too and the bed was comfortable. Glad there was air conditioning for those hot days I was there.

Cons:

Not really something I didn’t like or to really complain about, but something that others should take into consideration when planning to stay here. There is no elevator and I had a room on the top floor. So be prepared to climb some stairs with all your luggage. Also the rooms can be quite small and you don’t have much space to put your things away. Which wasn’t much of an issue for me, just mentioning it. The bathroom was fine but again, a tight space. At one point the hot water ran out which I wasn’t prepared for. A lot of shifting around in the shower and when on the toilet. But other than that, I had a pleasant stay here.

Reasonably priced, clean, small rooms with friendly staff...as long as you can handle the stairs.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and happy to help with luggage etc.
The front desk staff are a real plus point of the stay.
The room was a little dated but both the room and the bathroom were very clean.
Great location, just 10 or so minutes from Victoria Train Station.
Reasonable prices considering the location.

Cons:

Sadly my room was on the 4th floor with no lift - but I was aware there was no lift before arriving. Staff did offer to carry my bag upstairs for me, however, which was lovely. However for those with limited mobility, this is unlikely to be the place to stay.

The single room was very compact. Suitable for me, a solo guest staying for just one night, but I can imagine it would be challenging for more than a few days. Especially with the stairs, you might be discouraged from going in and out too much!

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear quite a lot especially when people are in the corridor, however nothing particularly unusual considering its busy location.
