Apart from the breakfast disorganization good location, staff, comfort.
Pros:

Breakfast room is too small to accommodate family groups. We, a group of ,three waited half an hour for a table. W had paid for breakfast with our room.

Cons:

We booked the room for three with breakfast included and received just two breakfast coupons (and then had to wait half an hour for a table). After complaining on the second complaint we received a third coupon.

Really comfortable room
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room was huge and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I didn’t love the area, it felt like a dicey walk to the inner harbor.

break fast ... have to wait for very long time and beg for the attention of the waiter ...they think the hotel guests are getting breakfast at their mercy , very unprofessional and arrogant mindset staff at the restaurant - Very BAD , i will not recommend anybody to book with bfast

Friendly staff and a beautiful boutique atmosphere!
Pros:

I stayed here for one night for a work event. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely stay here again if I travel back!

Convenient and Clean
Pros:

Located a pleasant 0.6 mile walk to the Baltimore Convention Center and Inner Harbor. Room and building were clean. Fitness center with the basics. Room had the basic essentials (coffee maker, iron, ironing board, etc.). What was missing in the room was bottle water and plastic laundry bag. Room did not get turned over on the second morning I was there.

Fantastic time
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was adorable, as well as clean and well done up. I was immediately greeted by Carlton who helped me figure out the parking options and even walked me outside to show me and explained how to get to the arena later. The desk staff was a delight every time. Highly recommend!
