Great stay in a historic refurbished hotel with all the comforts. Warm, cosy & comfortable.
Pros:

Friendly staff, very comfy rooms & a lovely historic hotel that had been refurbished.

Cons:

The late night meals - wasn't good & unfortunately we went to buffet at 9.50am & they had closed early when it said buffet went until 10am so that was disappointing for us.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. We were there during the week and offered an upgraded ehich was quieter for our two night stay. It was super warm, the shower was fantastic and the bed super comfortable Breakfast, as usual, was delicious. We'll be back again!

Easy and Dog friendly!
Pros:

Easy check in and out. Room was spotless. We booked here as we could bring our dog, and Maisy dog was very happy with the pupcake in the room for her. The requested accessible room (currently have a broken leg!) was great. No complaints.

Very enjoyable staycation!
Pros:

Got offered an upgrade which is incredible. Beautiful two bedroom suite.
Room service was polite, quick and easy and delicious!! Banana in the split could have been a bit fresher but was still eaten!
Bed was incredibly comfortable!
Breakfast was delicious.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and good food.
