Good budget option
Pros:

Location was great. Good sized living area. Good facilities.

Cons:

Felt rundown. Bathroom area very functional. pictures led us to believe we would be in the more picturesque part of the hotel but ended up in a motel room with car parked in front.

50/50 to the quality of room you get. I feel the front rooms are lot better looked after

Stayed in four rooms, and I would rather not stay in the budget rooms, but having said this, they are clean and very fun
Pros:

The buildings are just amazing. Does have some budget rooms which are quite basic, but the other rooms are just amazing.

Great staff, fantastic location, amazing rooms!
Pros:

The staff was so incredibly accommodating for our Holocaust survivor who was staying with them! They made sure that he had a room on the ground floor, gave him an upgraded room, and ensured he was taken care of when I was not around. The front desk staff helped when there was a medical emergency that I credit with ensuring he did not suffer more pain than he already had. I cannot say thank you enough!!!

Great location good value
Pros:

Great location in Merivale, close to everything. Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean Abe bed and pillows were comfortable, shower had good pressure.

Cons:

Quite outdated with old carpet and curtains, very old furnishings. There is no dedicated kitchenette space just a kettle on top of the fridge which was a bit messy. Very noisy with the people upstairs banging around was hard to sleep.
