In a word … fantastic!
Pros:

Rooms are clean, shower great and bed very comfortable. Rates are reasonable. Car parking extremely handy. Location great … near my daughter, lots of cafés, restaurants etc ..

Pros:

For us the location was great. The easy access outside of reception times was also very good.

Pros:

Location was perfect, room was comfy and clean, staff very helpful and friendly.
My husband had to stay at st Vincent’s private hospital for a couple of nights, so it was perfect for me. Only a 2 minute walk.

Great location & price.
Pros:

The receptionists were very helpful & upgraded the room to two bedroom room, as I was unwell & my husband was needed a good night sleep before surgery the next morning.
It’s also great that the hotel allows car parking to be available the next day, when you have a family member having day surgery. The stress this removes is amazing.

Cons:

The cafe now only serves light buffet breakfast for a fixed price.
I can understand that removes the need for a chef.
The cafe does provide coffee & some pastries, cookies for purchase. Which is a plus.

Family friendly and very affordable.
Pros:

The size of the apartment was very generous, it was comfortable and the location is exceptional. FANTASTIC value for money.

Cons:

Lack of staff was a small issue. But the staff were kind and very helpful.

So good I am coming back next month
Pros:

Loved it so much I booked again for my next trip in a months time.

Cons:

The room was fantastic. Price was reasonable for location. Couldn’t hear any other guests at all though we saw people with suitcases so there were others there.
