Location. On two tram lines, close to funky Fitzroy and the city.

Cons:

Wifi was appalling. Heating cut out. Cleaners come every four days, which is fine, but they do a very cursory job - light fittings were dusty, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed during our stay (or if it was, you couldn’t tell), the floor beside the washing machine was foul. Kitchen is sparsely kitted out with no sharp knives or scissors, and the tea/coffee wasn’t replenished after our second ‘clean’. The decor is very dated with carpet that is rippled. And the walkway to our room was on an angle, which was quite precarious when it rained.

Very safe once inside and well presented. Fantastic location just around the corner from hospital.

Cons:

I had a late night n had trouble finding my room, ended up ringing the night manger for help .

We always love staying here for the value, location and parking

It was ok as was close to hospital but that is about all
Pros:

It was close to st Vincent’s hospital

Cons:

Tv did not work as remote had no back or batteries, staff did fix that but tv did not work again by this time staff gone.
Stated that cafe in front was open Sunday night, when I went down it was not and as I was alone it wasn’t an option to go walking around to find something
