The location is great. For me everything i need is within a short walking distance from the Hotel.
The staff is great. Friendly and knowledgeable.

This was the worst stay ever.

Okay stay but no water & something bit us.
Pros:

Location was okay, near family.

Cons:

The first day we had no hot water and then they had a water shut down so we didn’t have water all night until the next morning.
Not sure what else bit us while we were sleeping but we are not people to complain.

They didn't have any ground floor rooms available so I had to load my entire touring bicycle and gear into a small elevator, then carry everything to my room.
