The room is very clean and pillow and bed very comfortable. The aircond temperature set nicely and low noise from aircond blower
To navigate to multi storey car park is a challenge especially near the ramp. Especially for long cars and SUV.
We have stayed at the hotel before so there were no surprises. We stayed with our daughter, who had her own room, and our other daughter and son-in-law, who also had their own room, for three nights. It is an 'older style' hotel but it is certainly not 'run down' and money is still being invested in the hotel to maintain its 4-star rating, facilities and services. We feel it represents good value for money given that a very good breakfast is available and there is free parking. Overall, everything was fine and we would stay there again. KLCC is a 15-minute walk away and there are bars, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The car park is quite a way from the hotel lobby. This was not a problem for my wife and I (in fact, it was good for my steps) but some people, such as the elderly and infirm, might find it a a long walk. The only thing I did not like was that the fitness centre does not have air-conditioning. More accurately, it does have air-conditioning but it was either not switched on or set at such a low level it could not be felt. This is not in keeping with the hotel's 4-star rating. I did ask the staff who said it was switched on!
