Comfy and Clean Stay
Pros:

Nice location for cabs, buses and walk to the KLCC. Clean and nice environment. Amazing room service. Breakfast had many options to taste.

Kostengünstigste Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, die wichtigsten Sehenswurdigkeiten, wie die Petrona Towers sind gut zu Fuß (ca. 1 km) zu erreichen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sowohl beim frühen Check-In um 9:30 Uhr vormittags als auch beim Verlassen des Hotels um 4 Uhr morgens sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer hatte ein angenehm hartes Bett, keinen all zu großen Komfort, was aber zum Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. War insgesamt leise. Aufzüge haben bei uns gut funktioniert, sind aber nicht die schnellsten.
Zu allen anderen Einrichtungen des Hotels können wir nichts sagen, weil wir diese nicht genutzt haben.
Morgens bekamen wir ein Take-away-breakfast.

Luksus omgivelser og et fantastisk personale.
Pros:

vi har VILDE med Marriot. Fantastiske omgivelser, exceptionelt Personale der altid var smilende, glade og altid villige til at hjælpe. Der var lidt langt imellem værelser og pools, restauranter, fitness osv Men det var aldrig et problem fordi man altid kunne bestille en “buckey” der kunne fragte dig fra a-b.

Min søn fik en splint fra en musling og da personalet hørte det blev der sendt 2 personer ud til værelset som hurtigt fiksede problemet. (Se billede)

Speciel tak til Sha og Mazekirr som bragte Fantastisk humør i buckeys.

Men særligt personalet skabte en fantastisk kulisse.

Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich!
Pros:

Das Personal was außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Größe des Zimmers war für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder) ausreichend. Der Ausblick auf die Twin-Towers war schön. Das Frühstück war gut!

Cons:

Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, das gilt auch für den Pool.

Overall stay was very good. Hotel is very clean and Hard rock was add on.

Not helpful staff room meant to be adjacent for the family but they were far apart which was the issue

Hotel is located at convenient location, can access nearby places easily
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff is very helpful, especially Mr SOFI at the reception was so very thoughtful and accommodating, went out of his way to allow me a late check-out when I had to stay put for few more hours.
