Everying GREAT!!!
Pros:

Everything Great! - amenities, location, staff friendliness, food, security, and more exceeded our expectations and were very satisfying.

Also, the Petronas Twin Towers and the Pavilion are a 10-minute walk away, and Bukit Bintang Night Market is just two stops away by monorail (about 700 KRW per person fare), and places like Merdeka Square and Central Market are literally just a 10 minute Grab ride away, making it truly the heart of Kuala Lumpur, which was wonderful.

Good & bad...
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast and wonderful catering staff.
Very clean room and the best part is that a supervisor comes around to check the room after it is cleaned - that's a very good standard to uphold, as not many hotels do that. Well done.
Very close to Monorail station to get to Lot 10 and Pavilion Mall.

Cons:

Some of the older or more senior front office staff are usually not very friendly and slightly snobbish - a bit unusual taking in account they are senior hospitality people. Smile also not genuine. On the other hand, the junior staff are more friendly and smiley. Buck up, senior people.
This is the first time I have to pay for my laundry first before I can get them - unlike other hotels where I could pay for them when I check out.. and it is the same with the room service food order too - COD.

Not able to sit in the bar/lounge area with my grand daughter, thus nowhere for us to be as a family in the evening, outside of the restaurant or sitting in one of our rooms… not very family friendly

離輕軌站很近，要去武吉免登跟雙子塔等地都很方便，也方便轉乘至BTS巴士總站。早餐豐富多元好吃，房間乾淨安靜。
Pros:

這家飯店附近有紅線及綠線輕軌經過(從綠線的Butik Nanas站A號出口有電梯，但要過一個馬路，飯店在對面；B出口有手扶梯與飯店同邊，但只有上沒有下，提供搬大行李的人參考)，交通非常便利。早餐豐富而多樣化，並且美味。有提供寄放行李服務，我們住了一天後去馬六甲再回來住，隔天是半夜的飛機，飯店有讓我們寄放行李，這點讓我們很滿意。

Cons:

事先有看到飯店提供行李寄放服務，因此放心的安排住一天，去其他城市玩一天再回來的行程。結果CHECKIN的時候，櫃台說有可能不能寄放行李，讓大家心情不好開始研究如果不能放要放哪裡。但其實是沒問題的，隔天早上直接問門口負責行李的服務人員，非常親切地幫我們處理了兩天的行李寄放，覺得第一天CHECKIN的感受很不好，幸好後續一切都很順利。

Pros:

We had an early flight and the hotel was nice enough to send some packed breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is at a prime location. That's good for public transport and walking, but the cab ride took almost 30 mins extra just to reach due to traffic. This is just a tip for others. Try to use public transport if you don't have much luggage.
