Pros:

Do atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente da senhora Tereza, nos tratou com presteza e dedicação, nos orientando quando pedíamos e sempre com uma simpatia enorme. Chegamos a pensar que ela fosse a proprietária do hotel por ser muito cuidadosa e zelosa com a propriedade.

It was a good hotel but could use a little bit more cleaning
Pros:

The room was clean. The location was perfect right next to the metro. The AC was amazing, I even got cold at night!

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty. There was someone else’s hair all over the toilet, floor and towels.

Pros:

La. posizione è piuttosto comoda, se siete in auto ci sono parcheggi a pagamento lungo la strada. Fermate della metro vicine. Staff cordiale, stanze pulite.

Pros:

Very nice employees, good location towards the centre, airport and several metro lines. Updated bathroom and good TV (not smart, but LG). Bed comfortable, pillows comfortable (very lumpy but ok), good air-conditioning. Possible to store bags on the day of departure.

Cons:

Room in need of serious updates. I don't mind older but especially the floors would deserve to be changed. Breakfast very basic, first day okay with scrambled eggs, second day only sausages which we didn't try, so it was just dry bread, coffee and fruit water for us. No sweets, no yoghurts, no fresh fruit, salami, cheese etc. But all considered it was good accommodation due to positives of it.
