Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a charming Parisian atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the cozy layout and the relaxing ambiance after long days exploring the city. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the room was well maintained throughout the stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, cafés, and restaurants, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were also welcoming and professional. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I would gladly return again.

Immer wieder eine Reise wert. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch :-)
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort. Von dort aus kann man sehr schön Paris erkunden. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Alles ist sehr sauber dort.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden an diesem Hotel, ausser das unser Aufenthalt dort viel zu kurz war. Wir werden bals wieder dort übernachten und freuen uns die Damen und Herren des Personals wieder zu sehen.

A clean, comfortable, well located hotel that made exploring beautiful Cluny effortless and enjoyable.
Pros:

A lovely stay at Hôtel La Comtesse in Cluny. The location is central, quiet, and ideal, especially as we were close to friends. The room was very clean, the bed was excellent, and check‑in/out was simple.

Francois was incredibly helpful with clear information throughout. A perfect base for discovering the beautiful, historic village of Cluny.

Pros:

Nice room, with a balcony and a great view to the Eiffel Tower, so you could watch the light show every hour. Good beds, nice bathroom, big closet. Great location, bus and metro stops by the door.

Cons:

Small, breakfast space, great view though. Strange stuff at the breakfasts buffet, almost no bread, only those special french cheeses, gherkins? for some reason... they do serve good eggs and the coffee is great.
