Disappointed
Pros:

That it was right across from Benihana

Cons:

The fact that whoever was staying above us had no consideration! They made so much noise walking hard stomping flipping all night and woke up to it again. We called the front desk and complained no change so we checked out early and that was our first and probably last time coming there! Sad we came to enjoy Memorial Day weekend and we left disappointed 😞 if you know u got kids you should wanna be on the lower level!

Pros:

Breakfast room was packed. Meal choices are decent. Meal quality is not very good.

Cons:

Fridge in the room made lot of noise. Floor insulation is very bad, we heard every little step from the people on the floor above. They tried to charge $13 for parking per night (it says on the booking website "private parking", but nothing about "you have to pay for parking".

It was okay for a staycation, but I expected a holiday inn to be in better condition and not compared to the condition o

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel with a beautiful sunset view. Breakfast was nice!

Cons:

The hot tub was broken, walls were severely damaged and painted over (i think it’s time to redo the walls themselves rather than just paint over them), silver duct tape covering things that were out of service on the plaques, elevators made my daughter so scared they were gonna break down they were so noisy, slow, and creepy. The pool said heated but it was alright. I immediately was greeted by police by the entrance which raised my concerns for the safety of the property but it seemed to be okay. Orange juice at breakfast as well as apple juice were very watery.

It was a good location and good breakfast but the hotel room and bathroom needs major renovation.

Breakfast - This was GREAT. Loved the breakfast and the spread.

Cons:

Rooms and Bathroom - Room is out of date. Bathroom NEEDS major renovation. The sliding door handle was about to come off. The bathroom felt unclean and so did the bathroom sink. Very outdated. The shower head had mildew (green stuff....ewww). The body wash soap was less than half and we stayed for 2 nights with 3 of us. By the second night, there was any hardly any left and we barely was able to shower.

Great price and so close to Legoland
Pros:

Front desk courteous and kind. I wanted a late checkout and they were able to accommodate me. I asked for extra blankets-no problem. They had a great mini fridge kept my milk ice cold😁. The windows open and the air unit was exceptional.

Cons:

Wish the pool was open later.
