Lovely staff
The staff were polite.
I booked as I thought the brand would insure the standards. But no! Our room was old, the a/c was not properly working and it was 35C outside. The fridge was not working at all! The towels were old and so hard on touch.

Het is een heel mooi hotel met ruime en schone kamers. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en staan je 24/7 te woord bij alle vragen en wensen die je kan bedenken. We waren er vorig jaar ook en dit jaar weer. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en daarom gaan we op de terugweg weer daar verblijven :)

Amazing staff in communication far beyond expectations, my hotel just before it was at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and I can say the staff at Ramada by far very nice and hospitable. 30 min from airport 5 min walk from mall of Istanbul.
