Pros:

Good parking, easy location, room was good for the price

Cons:

Make sure you ask for a stand alone shower when booking if you don't want to get up into a large spa bath to shower

It was handy due to the price and location. We only needed it to sleep
Pros:

Having a spa available for the rangatahi. We were there for a netball tournament

Cons:

No sharp knives or chopping boards. Jets in spa didn't work. We had 3 people in 2 rooms but was only enough cutlery and plates for 2

Good place except the Shower over High Corner Bath.

Just a room
Pros:

Very good size room and a lot of beds

Cons:

The bed sheet is unclean , looks like some children ate in the bed, left crusts in the bed , and housekeeper thought the bed sheetvwas clean and didnt change it, it was downstairs bed sheets.
Housekeeper needs to check every bed even it looks like it hasnt been used, must put hands inside it.
I also found the source of that food on the floor, inside bathroom
Also The motel needs some work to be done , its old everywhere.

Also onwers need to notify people of not making noise at middle night


I am giving a good review because my son left tablet in the room，the reception boy called me and i grabbed.
I am glad i got it back

Its nice bit cold when we enter but we turn on the heater. Generally I love it.

Horrible stay
Pros:

It was cheap. And close to town

Cons:

Was moved to 3 rooms. First was full of food and dishes, dirty linen. 2nd, I closed bathroom door and it jammed shut. Accused me of locking it. Charged me a 150 bond and said it wouldn't get taken. It did, and 8 hrs later I still havnt recieved it. Not very professional and definitely is not clean. Bed in lounge was rock solid. Will not be back.

It was adequate for the two nights we stayed.
Pros:

Never had breakfast.

Cons:

Shower over the spa.. hard for elderly to get into and out of. Water spillage everywhere and mold in the tile grouting. Fluro lights not working in some areas. No milk provided.

Dissapointing stay
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I would reccomend spending an extra 20 to get a significantly better place in Hamilton. Alcamo seems like it hasn't upgraded in the last 20 years. The room was freezing. There was a heater provided but it didn't do much to heat the room. There were no plugs by the bed.The bedding was stained and there were wrappers inside it.

Mostly suitable for our stay good location
Pros:

Our room only had a one breakfast bowl we had to share and use the pot. No tea towel provided for washing dishes

Great, very handy to venue for the tournament we had. Ample parking, and minimal noise from others
Pros:

The space was great and very user friendly

Cons:

A proper stove would be nice - and a cover for the skylight upstairs ... had that been covered it would have been good cos then we'd have been able to heat the room and not lose the heat immediately.

Also, security lights on til 5am? the light still came in through the top of the sadly loose curtains
