The people were awesome, very helpful
The building and all the rooms were super clean

The beds were too hard, but that's a personal preference

Pros:

It was super comfortable. The room was bigger than we thought. Close walking distance to places to eat. The pool was warm and a great way to tire out the kids.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered us was the AC fan I believe. It was loud in one part of the room.

Pros:

Comfortable room great searing. Large room. Best of the three nights of our travels. Tru Hilton in Yakima highest price and the room was too small for two people. Only one chair music from next room loud. Won’t return or stay here again.

Clearly not up to HAMPTON standards
Pros:

Pool was nice although the restroom was closed leading to the need for a long walk down a cold slippery hallway to the alternative location.

Cons:

One of the two elevators was not working. We stayed 4 nights and there was no sign of any attempts to fix it. The breakfast was awful! Our room ended up having a leak in the a/c so we had to switch. They put us in a smaller room. The fire alarm was triggered on the last morning leading to the discovery that one of the main exit doors was not usable. I’m sure this is a major violation.
