A good place for resting after all-day outdoor activities
Pros:

Comfortable beds

Cons:

The black window covers and the dim lights in the loungeroom gave a depressing feeling.
No parking space to unload & load suitcases. A bit tricky if you come as a family with young children.

Great place very comfy in a great location
Pros:

Excellent property in what was a great location for me and a mate who was staying for a concert very clean and tidy did have a little trouble with getting the key from the lockbox but was helped out quite quickly by a member of staff

Would highly recommend if looking for a value for money for stay in Melbourne.
Pros:

The location was perfect - situated in eastern end of CBD with all the shopping, eating, attractions and public transport within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was very funky and comfortable and had all the required facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and I had excellent nights sleep.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like. It was very clean and comfortable and met our needs perfectly.

Spacious family apartment. Laundry facilities in bathroom. Walking distance to theaters and restaurants. Close to Collins Place.

No onsite reception. The phone number to call if you didn't receive access code by 2pm rang in the unattended reception.
Our room wasn't ready for check in at 2pm. Inconvenient as we were going to a matinee at 3pm. Kids had to change in the lobby & we had to find cleaner to store our bags until room was ready.
We didn't receive the access code until 4pm. No apology or explanation received.
Bin in the kitchen was dirty & no bin liners. No milk in fridge.

Good location, family friendly.
Pros:

Location was good. Beds were comfortable enough. Access wasn't a problem. Apartment was spacious enough. Dryer was handy with the unpredictable Melbourne weather. Nearby IGA was a bonus.

Cons:

Shower was a big let down. As a tall person, the shower head was not high enough and was not adjustable. Surrounding apartments were fairly noisy, we could sometimes hear footsteps from the apartment above.
