Pros:

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. AC worked really good. Smart TV. It was only a studio room but very spacious. Plenty of room for luggage.
The gate to enter the hotel remains closed at night which I think is perfect.

Cons:

Simple but beautiful for a little town.

Pros:

Everything was perfect - create locations, clean, comfortable, conveniente -- and above all else the staff is exceptional. I haven't had service like this in years!!

Cons:

Honestly I can't think of anything. Coffee at the reception would be a nice addition, but with OXXO next door it wasn't a problem.

Me gusto el tamaño de la habitación, estaba limpio, y estaba cerca del lugar donde era el evento al que iba. Lo malo es que no tienen un espejo de cuerpo completo y lo principal no servia el internet, me proporcionaron el de la gerencia y solo cerca del lugar agarraba el internet, en las habitaciones ninguna señal habia, me decian que era la del Hotel Ricarlo 1 o la 2 y no existia ninguna señal con ese nombre, solo una que decia 2.5 hz y otra de 5 hz, y aun poniendo la contraseña que me dijeron, ninguna agarraba, me marcaba conectado pero sin conexion.

Hola, expedía hace más de un año quise hacer una reservación en la ciudad de iguala guerrero, pero cancele por un motivo de salud inesperada, ahora no tengo ningún cometario que hacer, agradezco su atención.
